Park Avenue Condominiums is a quiet, conveniently located community in Foley, AL. We are less than 8 miles to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Tanger Outlets, Walmart, many delicious restaurants and family friendly entertainment attractions and shopping. You can also find OWA Amusement Park, Tropic Falls Indoor and Outdoor WaterPark, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf at Orange Beach and Awesome10,000 seat Ampitheater! If you are in town for sports tournaments, you will find the Foley Sportsplex less than 3 miles away.
This beautifully updated 3bedroom/2 bath, ground floor condo sleeps 6 people and has a fully stocked kitchen with all new dishes, silverware and pots and pans. The soft white plush bath towels and all bed sheets are brand new as well. You can relax and enjoy the shaded screened in patio with all new seat cushions. Perfect family stay for sports tournament

The Prettiest Condo Ever
This condo was the prettiest, most updated, fantastic VRBO we've ever booked. We were in Alabama for a softball event and we booked the condo after learning that other team members were in the same subdivision. Of all our team members, our was the most attractively furnished, the most stocked with plates, utensils, bowls, glasses, etc. There were even our favorite coffee mugs, by coincidence. We would most definitely book this specific condo again if we are ever headed back to the Foley area. It's close to stores, close to restaurants, close to the fields and only a 20 minute trip to the beach.

Softball Tournament
My family stayed at this location for our daughter’s softball tournament. Most of the tournament fields were 8 to 10 minutes away. It is located close to most restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The pool was nice. Check in was easy and the property manager was available if we needed anything.

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It’s close to restaurants and stores. We were here for family trip to water park. Tropic Falls was only a few minutes away. The manager is very nice and responds to any questions you may have quickly. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this condo! ❤️ It was perfect for our family and I would definitely recommend it to others that are planning a trip to Foley, AL. Our stay at the condo was really wonderful. Check in was a breeze. The owners are very responsive to messages. The overall feel of the condo is home away from home. Very clean. Decorated very cute as well. Coffee on the patio was my favorite. The condo was well stocked. It even had ziploc bags and extra trash bags. Which I found was a great touch. The pool was awesome. Our 2 boys loved it. Grocery store and Walmart are very close. Super convenient. It’s 5 minutes away from the outlet mall and OWA. Multiple restaurants for quick bites to eat as well as some sit down places. The beach was about 15 minutes away. I’d recommend this to any family looking for a quiet place off the beaten path to stay.

We visited for my daughter's softball tournament. The condo was clean, well kept, and perfect! It was close to the Foley Sports Complex, and there were multiple, excellent options for food and shopping. My kids loved it and immediately wanted to stay here again. We will be back!
