"The place looks appealing and neat looking. The beer and the food is good. Staff are friendly enough, but thats where it ends. Looks like they cheaped out on the rooms. No TV, no radio, no phone, no clock. Nothing in the room but the bare minimum of furniture. Some people may like that rustic type of stay, which includes no hot water. Tried to take a shower, but the hot water lasted about a minute (no exageration) and went cold. There was one main light that still left the room rather...

"Property was in a great location for us. Near family that we were visiting and had a great place for the kids to play in Alfeld (7 Berge Bad). Listing wasn’t quite clear that the rooms were on the second and third floors, but the third floor can be closed off to keep little ones contained. Overall was a good place to stay - the third floor suite appeared to have been recently updated, while the second floor had not."

"Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgezeichnet und sehr sehr nett. Schnelle Antwort bei Fragen zum Ferienhaus und sehr entgegenkommend bei den Ein-und Auscheckzeiten. Das Haus war sehr groß und hat ausreichend Schlafzimmer. Durch die 2 Etagen kann man die Kinder oben ins Bett bringen und trotzdem ungestört unten quatschen. "Wir haben in dem liebevoll und vollständig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus eine erholsame Woche verbracht. Der komplett eingezäunte und große Garten mit gemütlichem Sitzplatz wurde von uns und unseren zwei Hunden gerne genutzt. Nach interessanten Ausflügen in die Umgebung freuten wir uns in unser schönes Domizil zurückzukehren und einen erholsamen Abend zu verbringen. "Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage im Ferienhaus Sofia. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen die Lage war super ruhig und wir haben eine schöne Wanderung zum Tierpark gemacht. Auch die Kommunikation mit Sven war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder! "

Lovely hotel with amazing staff

"Lovely hotel in a great location. The Hotel had some builders working who were a bit noisy, the reception staff were amazing and helped us relocate to another room. The Spa (my partner and mother used) was a little tired and some bits were out of order. Breakfast was lovely and all but one staff member were amazing. Parking was easy, it was a great break and looking forward to visit again once the building is completed. "
