"Appartamento prenotato per 4 ma utilizzabile solo da 2. Il divano letto era rotto, il proprietario era a conoscenza del problema ma non ha avvissato nessuno. L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. Di nuovo, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare da soli. Abbiamo prenotato - e pagato - un appartamento per...

Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

"La maison est spacieuse et climatisée (salon, chambres). Nous sommes bien accueilli par Yvan avec des boissons fraîches dans cette maison spacieuse. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en retard à cause du traffic de Turin mais pas de problème, Yvan s'adapte. La maison est proche de Turin et de ses magnifiques musées (L'Egypte, le cinéma, les voitures, le musée Reale). Très bon restaurants dans les environs: Darmagi à Mercenasco, Rezidenza del Lago à Candia, La Mugnaia à Ivrea... . Le petit jardin...
