"Lovely central hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Behind door of bathroom a little dirty, and tea making facilities would have been nice. Although facing the noisy square, room was well sound proofed and essentially quiet. Would stay again. Bed v comfy! "

"Very clean and quiet property. Beds were incredibly comfortable.The restaurant and bar was expensive, but well worth it because the meal that I had was absolutely delicious. The free breakfast buffet had a large variety of food and was top quality. Also, if you are renting a car in Naples you will very quickly realize that parking spots are at a premium and very difficult to find so underground parking offered by this establishment is convenient. "Very nice hotel. The wifi is terrible. If you need to send emails or would like to stream anything then I would consider another hotel. Asked a few times about wifi but staff said that they could not improve it. "

"Very near to the train station Napoli Centrale and supermarket. I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. So many things to see here, and the location near to the train station is very efficient. The hotel itself is bit dated but well maintained."

"The hotel interior was lovely with an old world feel but with modern amenities. I was only there for one night but would stay there again if passing through Naples. Any negatives about the property are the negatives of Naples itself (the square in front on the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts, garbage and graffiti) and beyond the hotel's control. The hotel is nicely located if you want to be close to the main shopping areas of Naples and walk to the Chiaia neighborhood for other upscale shopping and dining experiences, too.
