"Arrivés le jour de notre réservation comme prévu et à notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre réservation avait été annulée !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . "L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"
