"Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen. Man kommt zu Fuss in wenigen Gehminuten zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Man hat von der einen Seite Morgensonne und von der anderen Seite Abendsonne. Die Aussicht spricht für Sich. Die Küche ist sehr klein gehalten. Wenn man für eine ganze Familie Kochen möchte ist der Platz dafür eher knapp. Der Kontakt mit dem Büro verdient einen extra Stern. Pünktlich, nett, zuvorkommend, vertrauenswürdig. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. "Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Carlas Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Aussenküche und Aussendusche waren toll bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in/Check-out haben sehr gut funktioniert. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände die per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Gerne jederzeit wieder."

"A well equipped beautifully situated villa high on a Sardinian hillside. The pictures represent it exactly. Sunny all day but with a nice cooling breeze to keep things comfortable. Quite a few steps to get in and out but good exercise for the leg muscles. Karin and Angela were very helpful in getting us into the villa very late at night as our ferry was cancelled and sorting out a minor electrical issue. The recycling is rather complex but that is down to the local authorities. All in all,...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Haus war sauber, alles nötige vorhanden und eine sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Netterweise stand frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit. Ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die Küche und die Bäder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber sonst fühlten wir uns sehr wohl"

"The house is on the hill. There is very nice small garden with nice flowers in bloosom. There is privacy but if you wish there are some neighbours also nearby in other houses. House is well equipted with all for cooking, cleaning if you need and the owners are very nice italian people, who are very helpful.
