Located on the ground floor of the residence, this apartment has a pleasant living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen opening on to the dining room and living room, two bedrooms, each with a 140cm double bed, a shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet. The apartment has a spacious balcony with garden furniture.

This holiday rental is located at the foot of the Flumet ski slopes, attached to the Espace Diamant (accessible on foot and return by ski). It is around 5km from Praz-Sur-Arly and around 3km from Flumet village. This apartment comes with one parking space in an underground garage as well as two private ski lockers. The balcony has views over the slops and nearby mountains. The residence has an indoor swimming pool which is open during the tourist season.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rental price.

Emplacement parfait mais espace détente souvent bondé d'enfants, équipements dans l'appartement pas toujours de qualité ( problème avec le lave vaisselle, luminaire des toilettes HS et pas possible de remplacer l'ampoule), pas de bouilloire, pas de connexion ni de wifi.... Bref c'est cher pour ce que c'est sachant qu'on avait loué beaucoup mieux pour 1200€ à Crest volant.

Appartement fonctionnel, bien agencé, ustensiles ménagers en quantité suffisante, petit bémol sur les verres, on aurait apprécié avoir des verres a bière dans ce charmant coin à bière... Emplacement De l'appartement très ombragé, c'est dommage, malgré une semaine de beau temps, on n'a pas pu trop profiter de la terrasse qui est du coup vite fraîche le matin comme le soir

LIEU NON CONFORME
nous connaissons bien la stationnon ,nous nous attendions à être sur le front de neige et non en dessous avec une vue sur le front de neige et non sur le coté vue rétréci sur des arbres
