Back Again!
We have stayed at the other apartment in this building and they are wonderful! Quiet location around the corner from Downtown Floyd that is always busy with things to do. We will definitely be back.

Great apartment and location!
My sister and I were looking for a place to stay in Floyd while we were caring for our elderly dad. This apartment was perfect and was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The location was also great and very convenient to everything in Floyd. The owner was also amazing and helped accommodate us at the last minute and was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Golden Maple. Roomy 2 room apartment right in easy walking distance to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds and the owners provided anything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was right there and we were able to walk right into town and enjoy the scenery. It's exactly the break we needed and highly recommend. We were very pleased with the entire stay.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully decorated. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Floyd and a grocery store. It was a great place to meet friends.

Perfect vrbo apartment!
This vrbo apartment was a perfect place to stay! Everything was super clean and inviting! You could tell that the hosts went out of their way to take the extra steps to make us feel comfortable and to clean everything to “COVID” standards. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice place to stay in Floyd
Our 3 night stay was very good. The cute 2 bedroom apartment was all we needed. The exterior stairs could be a little tricky for some folks (older). Some nice touches such as a bottle of wine, coffee pods, lots of towels, etc. The only thing we missed was basic cable TV.

Hidden Gem in Floyd
This was our third time staying at this property. The apartment is nicely decorated and stocked. Beds are comfortable and easily sleep 4+. The location is fantastic - easy walking distance to the heart of Floyd, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store, but far enough away from the main roads to reduce noise and traffic. We've used this as our "base of operations" for attending football games at Virginia Tech. Blacksburg is an easy drive and its much less expensive than staying in overpriced hotels in BB or CB on football weekends. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Last minute stay
This was a last minute need for a family emergency. The unit was perfect, even better than we expected from the pictures. The host was so kind, responsive and helpful when needed. We have already reconnected this property to other family members. The bed was super cozy !!

Booking Mix Up
seemed nice from the outside - I had to post stars to write the review - we never actually went in - they double booked the site with that other Co. and when we got there later than expected - there was another family already in it - Managers had trouble finding my reservation - they did find it eventually - they were apologetic - appreciated - tried to find us a hotel - appreciated - we are in the middle of nowhere (intentionally) and it was like 40+ miles away at 11:30 at night - appreciated but didn't work - we found our own - making their problems our problems. It happens. Just make it right and make it easy. We will see still outstanding to see what happens.

Nice, spacious accommodations
Convenient location in Floyd. Not a mountain view but we didn't expect that and were only at the apartment during the evenings and overnight as we were out sight-seeing during the day and we didn't pick this place for a view but for location and convenience. You can walk to many shops and restaurants from this rental and Food Line is also within walking distance. Nice apartment. Showing a few signs of age and wear (some broken floor tiles in kitchen and bathroom and shower head and kitchen faucets were a bit wobbly) but overall it was a nice place. It is very clean and decorated very nicely. We only used the queen bedroom and the bed was quite comfortable. Everything you need for making meals is in place but we chose to eat at local restaurants as we were only there for two days. You can tell the owners take pride in this rental and try very hard to create a place for a pleasant stay for travelers. The only downside is it seems that you must subscribe to a streaming app if you want to watch anything on TV. There didn't seem to be cable or satellite dish supplied but we could watch Netflix, etc., if we used our own accounts. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if/when we visit Floyd again.

Quick stay in Floyd
Very nicely decorated apartment. Kitchen well supplied. LR and BR comfortable. There is a tall set of wooden stairs to climb. My opinion is that they need to increase the stair lighting during the shorter days. There are some lights on the stairs but they don't illuminate well enough. Otherwise, this is a wonderful apartment that is very conveniently located to downtown.
