Welcome to a stylish, newly renovated and comfortable home that will make you feel at home! Outdoor Sensor lights and cameras for safety! This cozy home is located on a 1.5 acres with plenty of woods to explore! The home is equipped with all necessities in bedrooms, kitchen and an office. The oversized tv will help you relax and enjoy your time while with loved ones! Yes, smart tv’s are in bedrooms as well!
Free parking is included up to 3 vehicles. * This property is less than 2 miles from hwy 985. Chateau Elan winery & Golf is just a beautiful place to visit about 15 min away.
*Lake Lanier, Lake Lanier Lodge and MargaritaVille is minutes away. A stroll to the park is less than 1.5 miles away! Shopping centers are less than 5min away. “Mall of Georgia” is about 12 min away! A trip to the mountains is 45min north and yes it’s very exciting to visit the fruit/veggie farms! On the way back! ***P.S. yes we allow kids all ages, but we want to point out that this property is near the road! *** we allow 1 pet dog per booking. Dog only up to 20lbs.

Beautiful and comfortable
It was a beautiful stay! However, the listing stated there was a jacuzzi and there was not one. That was disappointing. In addition, there were no instructions for the beverage station. I could not use the tea pot. Otherwise, the host, the property, the details, the comfort was amazing! I especially loved the fresh cut flowers.

Work Getaway
I was up for a week for work and had my wife and son come visit for a few days. The place was nice, cozy, and clean. There was a minor issue with the door code and the property manager was easy to communicate with and got everything worked out quickly. Overall a great stay.
