"Although it was probably because it’s their slower season, our booking got upgraded for free! The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. There was some mild wear and tear on the room (rips in the carpet, a switch for the fireplace missing, and the fire place did not work) the room itself was beautiful, cozy, and had a great view with a small sitting area.
