"Comfortable hotel in a great location. Many things are a bit outdated, but overall it was clean with delicious breakfast food! Have stayed here twice and will stay again. "

"The room was clean and organized, quite comfortable and spacious. However, there was no coffee and there was no soap in the bathroom. On saturday when we went to the breakfast the coffee and the milk were not hot. There was only one kind of fruit . In other words the breakfast was so regular. "

"The hotel is charming with unique and fun features like a glass elevator and the roof top terraces. We had a two room suite so that our kids could be in an adjoining room. It was small but comfortable. Check-in is strictly at 4pm so, as you would imagine, there were a lot of people trying to check in at the same time. We came in a few minutes before 4 and did not have to wait too long. The neighborhood is in the heart of the historic Old San Juan and close to one of the old forts. Great walking...

"Great hotel! The only thing I would improve or change is the bed and pillows. The mattress was too soft, the pillows too firm and the mattress on the sofa bed was way too thin. Good tging we were there for just one night."

"The Hotel is located in the center of Condado area , which is very tourist oriented. The ocean view from the pool area is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The pool restaurant was really good.Staff was friendly.The only issue was that our room didn’t have a window.I had to change room and pay extra. Other than that we had a great experience. "
