Nice stay
The hotel has good amenities, and fantastic meals. Staff was very nice and friendly (every single person I interacted with). On the other hand, the hotel looks a bit dated and would be nice to refresh it or even simple things as making sure the pools are really clean, the mats on the pool floor looks nice and things like that. Also, great job being mindful about COVID.

Único problema que tivemos é que a piscina dedicada a saúde (que era exatamente o objetivo da estadia) não possui profissional fiscalizando o ambiente, havendo conversas altas e permanência irregular de crianças.

Chek-in excelente. Quarto agradável, mas sugiro mobiliar as sacadas para uso de relaxamento e observação da natureza. Sugiro colocar máquina de café, pois é um excelente mimo ter um cafezinho disponível ou chá. Ótimo recepção para os pets. Natureza deslumbrante. Boa quantidade de piscinas. Comida deliciosa.

Nao fiquei pra dormir. O quarto antigo, cheiro de mofo. Atacou minha Rinite. A Cama de casal nao era de casal, juntaram duas camas de solteiro duras. Cheguei as 16h e descobri que piscinas so funcionavam ate as 20h. Por conta da alergia, nao conseguimos dormir. Pegamos nossas coisas e fomos embora.

O quarta estava com cheiro de mofo. Pedimos para trocar, e nos deram outro na mesma fachada (que não pega solo) e que outros hóspedes haviam rejeitado. Também com cheiro de mofo. No meio da madrugada, tivemos um susto com o barulho a porta do motor da banheira que soltour sozinha e caiu no chão.

O hotel é muito bom para descanso, com uma ótima programação de recreação infantil e atividades para adultos e idosos. O Hotel, no entanto, precisa de pequenas manutenções. Durante toda minha estadia não havia sinal de wifi em todo o andar do meu quarto, impossibilitando também de assistir televisão. Mas os colaboradores do hotel são excelentes, sempre prestativos e de bom humor. As refeições e os lanches são excelentes.
