"Clean comfortable room. Quite a few narrow stairs to get down to our room which was right under the breakfast room, so woken at 7. Host was great, made nice coffee. The cute intelligent dog did meet and greet and showed us to our room. "

"This villa is like a museum – there is art in every room and you find something new every day. The hosts, Agatha and Salvatore, were very sweet and lovely people. "B&B about 1/4 up Mount Etna. The draw for me was the location; about a half hr by car to the north side peak access (Piano Provenzana). Quiet, secluded, location with gated parking. They have a good system to give you anytime access without needing coordination (remote for gate) once checked in. "Excellent stay in this great country house surrounded by citrus trees. The house has two large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen / dining area. Views from the large terrace on Mt Etna and on the sea from the front side are priceless. A car is indispensable. Easy to reach by country roads not far from Messina / Catania autostrada. Mario and Angela are wonderful hosts."

"This is a wonderful hotel in the Sicilian countryside. The staff are so friendly and helpful making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The room was great with two connected rooms and a bathroom - one of the few hotels that would have a family of five in one room. The bathroom and shower were good and the a/c worked well. The pool is lovely and wasn’t ever too busy. The sun shades really help too. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and more cakes than I have ever seen! The restaurant was really one of our favourites in all of Sicily. The pasta dishes are very good and the prices are very fair. We loved our stay and thank everyone at the hotel! "

"We enjoyed our 6 night stay at the Hotel Caesar Palace in June 24. The hotel looks tired and needs updating, but it was clean, staff were excellent and the buffet was great. I would recommend this hotel, as it is value for money and the food and atmosphere was really good. Thanks to all the staff at the Hotel Caesar Palace! "
