"Wow! What a place! So quiet, serene and beautiful. Great accommodations...picture your own little gorgeous, romatice beach house with magnificient ocean views. Food was fantastic and the staff so warm and inviting and eager to help. We spent 2 nights here on our way to a liveaboard...could not have been more perfect! Beach/water was magnificent! "The hotel itself was fine, basic rooms and comfortable. But sadly, the communication with the staff was not good, limited English and was asked to check out half way through our booked stay (even though we paid upfront on Hotels.com). No explanation whatsoever, very disappointing which left us with a bad experience here."

"Skrækkeligt hotel. Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, da vi fik et værelse måtte vi bede om håndklæder og toiletpapir, lagner var beskidte. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det...

"No hot water, no sleep from noise of neighbors all night long till early morning, No restaurant food available from menu, ran out of all items on menu, had to order al a carte rice and tofu only, very expensive, room very overrated and extremely expensive. Next time we stay at Moni, closer to Kelimutu, way less expensive, more restaurants for food. There was no option to drive to another restaurant for meals from the eco lodge.For the price we paid, we expected stellar service, we got far...

"This place is a bit far from the touristy areas, so you will need to use a grab bike to get around. If it’s not too hot, you can also walk. Staff was friendly, rooms were super clean and no frills. I’d stay here again, for sure (though don’t k ow when)"
