É um bom hotel, mas indico ficar na parte renovada. A parte antiga nao é legal. Alguns funcionários nao sao simpáticos, principalmente a equipe responsável pelalimpeza dos quartos.O restaurante é muito bom.

Tudo certinho: quarto limpo e confortável, cafe da manha bom! Unico porem era a wifi complicada no quarto e o barulho de manhã cedo dos hospedes. Fora isso tudo perfeito.

Banheiro sem ducha d banho ou bidê!!! Pra trocar d quarto com banheiro com ducha nos cobraram 80 reais! Café da manhã um nojooooo: sucos aguados sem qualidade alguma assim como as geleias.. pães todos pareciam q estavam em estoque, nenhum com cara d novo!! Está foi a 2a vez e última!! Os funcionários deveriam fazer um treinamento n hotelaria d GRAMADO/CANELA!

O quarto estava tudo ok, porém o hotel oferece jacuzzi e sauna e os mesmos estavam sujos e cheios de bichos sem Condições de uso, a piscina não fomos ver. O café da manhã pedi ovo sem leite por ter intolerância, primeiro dia ok, segundo não gostou acredito e me deu com leite falando que não tinha e eu passei mal. No outro dia fizeram a mesma coisa mas vi que tinha leite e devolvi, isso é uma falta de respeito pois se trata de uma. Indução de saúde. Se a cozinha não quer fazer ou não pode, era só falar e não lidar dessa forma com uma condição de saúde.
