Spacious and modern apartment in the very central Via Guicciardini just a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Located on the first floor without elevator, it consists of a quiet    double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, living and realxing    area, spacious bathroom with    shower. It has a washing machine, Wi-fi connection, and air conditioning.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.    . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

super location, wonderful apartment
2 of us stayed for 6 nights at the apartment in Florence, larger than it looks in the pictures, great location ( 2 minutes to Ponte Vecchio) on the 2nd floor. Very quiet in the bedroom yet you can listen to all the fun on the street below. Johanne was helpful when we checked in and was always available if we had questions. We highly recommend it.
