residential neighborhood within a 7 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and a 5
minutes walk to main tourist attractions such as the Duomo, San Lorenzo central Market ..
Parking and access to the ZTL is also available upon request for an extra cost. This newly renovated one bedroom 45 sqm apartment is located on the second floor (without elevator) of a charming historical building. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy modern fireplace with a comfortable sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom including a chromotherapy shower ideal for pampering yourself after a long day of visit, sightseeing or shopping.
