We are on the ground floor of an early twentieth century building in a quiet street in Oltrarno area, in front of the Torrigiani Garden, one of the few large green areas still surviving within the walls, whose astronomical tower can be admired from the windows.
Recently renovated and furnished with care, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all the comforts that will make your holiday an experience to tell.
The apartment is comfortable and welcoming, an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Florence.
Entering the apartment leads to a small entrance and from here to the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed, TV, a beautiful sideboard, a small bookcase, glass table and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, whenever you want. The kitchen leads to the courtyard furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the coolness on hot summer days while sipping a glass of good wine.
The apartment also has two large double bedrooms, each furnished with a wardrobe, armchairs and chest of drawers. The bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Campuccio apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication was excellent. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is so interesting and far from the crowds, but an easy walk to points of interest, both of which we were grateful for. There are a number of lovely restaurants nearby. And we appreciated the suggestions provided for restaurants, potential walks, points of interest etc. Thank you. We had a magnificent stay!

The apartment was as pictured and described. There is a lovely little park down the street, with a grocery store and nice cafés, plus a gelataria. The river is a short walk. Liza was very helpfu. We really enjoyed walking around the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

A quiet spot to come back to
This is a cozy apartment in a great neighborhood that is still very close to everything. We are a family of five and were quite comfortable during our stay, the apartment is nice and had everything we needed to cook meals, wash clothes, etc. There is a grocery store a block away and coffee and a cigarette shop that sells bus passes. The area is mostly locals so while busy and lived in, it's not frenetic like the tourist areas and felt refreshing after a day of dodging taxis. Host had good communication and was helpful when we needed help finding the washing machine, (in the courtyard) we would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for a lovely stay in Florence. We stayed here with our 3 children, 7, 5 and 2.5 years. It was really handy to have a playground and little supermarket down the road. The apartment had everything we needed and it was really easy to communicate with Flo Apartments once we were there via What's App, they were really quick to respond.

This is in a great neighborhood location around the corner from a park market and restaurants parking was a few blocks away and an easy exit from firenze for day trips. The assistance were received on check in was quick accurate and friendly, the unit is quite with and outside court to have morning coffee. We would love to stay again.

We loved our time here, the apartment met all our needs after a busy (and hot!) time exploring the city. San Frediano is a charming area and felt very safe. The restaurant suggestions were helpful, and there is a fabulous gelateria just around the corner. Communication with the hosts was prompt and helpful.

Lovely peaceful stay in the Oltrarno
This was the perfect place to stay. It was far enough away from the Ponte Vecchio and tourist hotspots to be quiet and friendly, but close enough to be walkable, even with a baby in a pushchair or carrier. There are shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and - brilliantly - there is a lovely playground for children two minutes away in the Piazza Torquato Tasso. I will stay in this area of Florence next time I go, perhaps even in the same apartment! The flat itself was clean, smart and had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and responsive throughout - thank you!

The apartment in Santo Spirito was wonderful. It was above our expectations. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean, spacious. We loved our stay and the neighborhood is friendly with grocery stores, small shops, restaurants, close to piazza Santo Spirito, and the bridge over to Florence center. We were able to walk to the train and most city center places. Barbara and Liza, the hosts, were extremely responsive and very organized. We look forward to returning next year.

Excellent base to explore the Altarno neighborhood
The living room and two bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering. The bathroom was typical size. The neighborhood is a mix of specialty shops and residences, there is a school nearby so lots of kids in the local park. San Spirito plaza is around the corner with its morning market and very lively street scene in the evenings. The historical district is a a 20 minute walk or short bus ride. Generally very well located. Close but offering an escape from the tourist crowds.

Sweet Home
Sweet Home Campuccio is a delightful apartment with easy access to restaurants, grocery and beautiful landmarks. It is on a quiet one-way street, across from a walled park. Neighbors are friendly and I felt very safe. It is around the corner from a favorite restaurant--Pandemonio and my new favorite fish bistro, Grotta Marina. I didn't have the opportunity to meet Barbara but did let her know that I spent my first day and a half cleaning the floors and the outdoor space (which does not look as nice as it is in the pictures!). I had two friends joining me on the weekend and I didn't want them to see how dirty it was. My socks were black from walking between the bathroom and kitchen when I arrived. This is a problem with their cleaning service but they also didn't make it right, she just apologized. I go to Florence every year and have never had a dirty experience with VRBO or FloApartments. Cleaning was not the way I wanted to spend my time in Florence. Clients should not be charged for a cleaning service that does not do the job.
