Wonderful Accommodations
This is a spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment on outskirts of city center. Clean and bright. Piero is an excellent and accommodating host. He met us at the apartment to check in which was very convenient. One bedroom has attached full bathroom and second bedroom is down the hall from a second full bathroom. Living area has a pull out sofa bed. Bedrooms were quiet for sleeping. The apartment has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen with pots pans etc., American coffee maker, umbrellas, dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv, towels, bedding. Comfortable beds and a fabulous large patio if you like being outside. This patio is unusually large for the area of Florence and overlooks the Arno. There is a parking spot under the building in a garage. You will need a very compact car to navigate the parking spot which is very tight. We used the car to explore other towns in the area. We took a taxi to the city center, rather than use the car because there is almost no parking (or expensive paid parking) in the city. A taxi to the Ponte Vecchio bridge from the apartment is roughly 16€ one way and it’s easy to call a taxi (within minutes) with the taxi app Piero recommends. We would stay here again. We are 2 women age 55-60 and felt safe. Apartment building has a lift. We were here in December 2023 and were so happy to find it decorated with a Christmas tree. Thanks Piero!

Piero, owner is amazing, so responsive and helpful. Spotless apartment, very roomy. Very close less than 100 feet from 2 major bus stops.Take a bus to all tourist spots in 15 minutes or so. Walk in 20 to 25 minutes. Book this vrbo if you are going to Florence!

Fantastic all around
For location and comfort you cannot do better than Piero lovely apartment. It is a very nice walk to the city center, but there are plenty of great places to eat very close to the apartment as well. We are a family of four adults and had plenty of room to spread out. The terrace overlooking the river was the best. Piero is a wonderful host, with plenty of suggestions. We had an absolutely wonderful time!

The apartment was great. It was well equipped and spacious. We were able to do our laundry. The only thing that is a little difficult is it is about a 30 minute walk to the city center. Other than that it was wonderful!!

Wonderful apartment in great location!
Piero was wonderful to work with and responded immmediately to questions and requests. Terrific location with gorgeous views of the Arno River and surrounding Tuscan hills. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse condo was beautiful and very well equipped. The details really made a difference to our comfort. The view from the penthouse was outstanding and mornings spent sipping coffee overlooking the river every morning started our days with gratefulness. Sparkling clean, the perfect host and walking distance to all places to see in Florence. Highly recommended if you want to have a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the tourists.

Very Good property in South of Florence locatiom
Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The property was very clean. The showers were a bit small and the water pressure was challenging but all in all the experience was lovely! Gorgeous terrace for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! We found a gem of a restaurant down the street and had dinner more than once at Chalet Bellariva! We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

It's a big apartment beautiful very clean there is everything you need, and bus stop just outside the apartment that takes you to the centre you can easily walk it's only about 20 mins walk. Piero is very helpful, I would go again for sure. We never had an apartment so nice.

Perfect place to visit Florence from
This apartment was really perfect to visit Florence from. Not in the middle of town but a short 15-20 minute walk to city center, gold bridge and a lot of points of interest. Communication was quick and helpful. Owner was very nice and has taken the time to make binders of information to assist with the property and how to help you enjoy the area. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. The view was terrific although the street was very busy you are high enough up that you don't hear it and the traffic was only during the day. But busy street means bus stops, use the public transportation it is simple to use. Can't really say enough good about this rental, I have rented all over the world and this one for many reasons is at the top of the list of places I would stay at again.

What a amazing tine.?
This apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable.It also has a huge Lanai where we can see beautiful scenery including Piazza of Michelangelo. Piero is sent us plenty of information before arriving, and also very quick and kind advice during the stay. Because Venezea faced extraordinary high water phenomenon, he kindly told us the situation and finally we gave up to go there. The location was not in the center of the city, but it is very convenient using bus and we could enjoyed walking around. If you select in the center, you would not expect such a nice view and spacious room. Nearby we could find very nice wine shop and visited everyday for enjoying nice wine. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back!

Pietro was great to deal with organizing things and sharing contacts that made our stay easier. Walk to Ponte Vechio is 20 minutes along banks of Arno river. Unit was spacious and allowed all of space and privacy.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. At first glance, I wasn't sure about the area. It turned out to be centrally located. We weren't able to walk a lot of places, but there was public transportation available. We had a car and there was parking available. There was a beautiful patio available to enjoy. I would recommend this apartment.

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment on the Arno. It's a short (20-minute) walk to the tourist center. Gorgeous views of the Arno and hills beyond. The owner is incredibly hospitable and was hugely helpful with tourism tips throughout our stay. A gem!

Lovely penthouse with incredible terrace and view!
This place is comfortable, spacious, nicely appointed, and the terrace is the cherry on top! We enjoyed eating breakfast and supper out there, drinking in the beautiful view across the Arno. The owner was gracious and went way over the call of duty to help us. The house manager, Marcello, was friendly and helpful. The home's beauty and its owner and manager being so helpful, created a wonderful week for us in Firenze! We will be back!

The apartment was perfect for the four of us. It had more than enough space and the terrace overlooking the Arno was amazing. It rained but did not stop us from enjoying it as it was partially covered. We had a problem when we blew a fuse (our fault) and the landlord was there within a half hour to show us how to reset it. We would definitely stay here again and are glad to recommend it and the owners.

We were the first occupants of this newly renovated apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Arno,and we were prepared for some glitches and mishaps . Fortunately they were few. For instance, there were no hooks or towel racks , so there were towels draped over chairs and door knobs, etc . There was no washing machine as advertised and that was a minor inconvenience . The biggest problem we had was the weather . I realize that no-one can help the weather and the week were there it was very col.d and very rainy. We called to inquire about heat and were advised that there was no heat provided until November 1. We were freezing in the apartment and stayed in our coats and wrapped in blankets . It was most unpleasant. It never occurred to us to inquire about heat in a modern apartment building , and it diminished the pleasure of this otherwise perfectly lovely apartment. My only criticism is that the response to our heating dilemma was tepid at best. So, check the heating availability before you rent. Cold snaps can happen any time. Some English speaking channels on the television would have been nice.

Wir waren begeistert von der Wohnung die mit viel Liebe eingerichtet war und sehr sauber. Es hat alles toll geklappt mit Marcello der uns empfangen hat bis hin zu den beschriebenen Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung wie das Molo 5, LaFefe (hat wirklich die beste Pizza ever) zum Coop und den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten dieser unglaublich schönen Stadt. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Wohnung und die tollen Zeit die wir dort verbringen durften. Wir kommen sicher wieder :)

Perfect for a trip to the city center
The reception and check-in was very good. We were shown the entire apartment and pointed out special features. The parking in the parking garage was good even for larger models. There were tips for nearby restaurants, supermarkets and bus connections to attractions. Ultimately, however, you can walk to the center (about 15-20 minutes). The path always leads along the river, so you can not get lost. The apartment was clean and well equipped (gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker). The basics for cooking were available (vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, spices, coffee filter, coffee powder, etc.). We felt comfortable. Only the heating was annoying, because the fan and rattling in the bedroom a little annoying. Communication with the owner via Whatsapp was good and timely. All in all, it was a great stay and if we ever come back to Florence we will certainly consider this accommodation again.
