I booked a massage with Luisa and it was really good - so was the sauna and steam room. This was a plus about the location and unique for a Florence hotel If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend a room that doesn’t face the street bc of the train that keeps stopping every 6-7 minutes. The concierge was nice to let me move rooms and showed great customer service about it. I appreciate it Rooms are clean and staff is nice

The hotels location was very convenient for public transportation but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The hotel itself was clean and the pool area was so calming. Would come stay here again.

The included breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The rooms are very clean and updated. Having the outdoor pool was fantastic during our stay to help beat the heat. The hotel itself was very nice and very clean staff was very friendly. The only thing was finding the hotel was very difficult. We put it in Google maps and the directions sent us to a different hotel and we had to ask around until we found the correct location of the hotel, which was very inconvenient.
