We love this hotel! The rooms are large and wonderful. The two staff concierge, Anastasia and Andrea, are so wonderful the best!!! The breakfast is really good too. We’ll be back again when in Firenze.

Like staying in a piece of history
It was like staying at a museum. Striking. I wished my room had more outside light but other than that it was great. The bathroom is nice and renovated. The reception and host was incredible so attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel was so great right on the river and you can easily go to the other side where more of the restaurants I enjoyed were located.

We had super great experience staying here. Reception lady I don’t know how to spell her name. She is really nice friendly and gave us information where to go and history about the city and the hotel. Very useful and interesting. If you need anything she’s there to help. River view room is fantastic we also saw fireworks at night. And it’s convenient and walking distance to most of attractions. Highly recommend for this hotel.

Andrea the concierge was a gem. Always patient and helpful with whatever question we had. The location is close to anything you could want from shopping, dining and historical things to see. The rooms are very spacious, much bigger than anything I’ve ever stayed in Europe. The included breakfast was amazing. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The suites were beautiful in a historic building. It was a central location which made it easy to walk to any area of the city. Once we figured out how to get into the building (there was construction and the buzzer was not easily visible) we loved our stay.
