The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of local attractions and shopping. As someone who loves architecture I found the smaller building we stayed in to be very interesting and stylish. That said, the beds and furniture in the room should be replaced/updated. Our (2) twin beds were old and pushed together to form a full bed. This seems to be a common practice in Europe. The hotel has convenient and reasonably priced parking on site. This was a great plus as we had rented a car to drive across Italy. We would stay here again but would definitely ask for better beds! * Check out the rooftop - great views

They wouldn’t turn on the ac. It was over 85 degrees in our room. I complained 3 days and the yelled and amazingly enough 20 minutes after I yelled it was on. You’ve been warned!

Very nice cheap place, not far from subway statio
Was surprised at the size of the unit for the price. Looked more like a converted apartment than a hotel. Was very happy overall. Keep in mind that you may have to retrieve your room key from a mailbox if there’s no one at the front desk. They emailed me a day before to give me the building entry code.

Disappointing and Very expensive
Poor service, request for bin and additional hangars, reported faulty lamp, no response even when they asked us for the notes we had made, had to ask second time. Dimisive when asked for more bread at breakfast at 8.30am told there was no more. When went to manager suddenly bread turned up. Computer down for a week no help with offer to print off boarding pass for return flight had to go in search ourselves for help, ended up being helped by a tour company. When checked out, no goodbye or wish you have a safe journey. Overall would class as a 2 possibly 3 star. Oh and VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. would not recommend or stay again.

Nice hotel close to San Marco and 15 minutes walk
Nice hotel with ground terrace. Excellent breakfast selection typically Italian. Hotel staff very accommodating. Would consider staying again but it is a good 15 minute walk to the duomo and central Firenze. Close to the academia and walk straight down San Gallo to San Lorenzo and the market central. Catch a local bus from San Marco no 7 to Fiesole beautiful Tuscan village overlooking the whole of Florence x simply stunning !
