We loved our stay here. We were walking distance from all.the places we wanted to visit. The staff in the hotel was great, always ready to help and advise. Breakfast was delicious everyday, and the view of the hotel was really good too.

A bit dingy but fabulous location and great staff
Tired and dated, it could use a coat of fresh paint. I did appreciate the funky art and homey touches, though. Room was the smallest I have ever slept in but the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and super helpful and the location was unbeatable. Breakfast was varied and generous. I would stay again.

Staff is very helpful. I got a sprain in my feet. Guys at reception helped me by providing ice. Location of hotel is really good. It's like 5 - qo min walk from dumo.

About a 5 minute walk to the Galleria dell’Accademia. Lots of breakfast options (cereal, toast, cornettos, eggs, fruit). Friendly staff and a great terrace for a nice view.

The rooms were fine and had no problems with them. We had a balcony so the view was spectacular. The area and surroundings were great and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. Very helpful and polite. We had a great stay.

Very nice stay!
Really likes this hotel as it was close to the historic attractions, but just far enough away to be quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and having access to the terrace. The hotel is full of art, which means we always had something to admire in the hallways. The staff was very kind to all of us.

The hotel was dated but clean. It was close to many sights in Florence. The air conditioning worked really well which was key since the temperature was in the 90’s. The staff was very pleasant.

Cute and familial hotel
Cute hotel near San Marco Covent, a relatively quiet place. My first night was a bit disturbing because of the other guests, middle school students who were lively and their teachers who were very noisy and rude (banging on doors and shouting at 2 am). Not the hotel fault and once they were gone the second night was perfect. The breakfast room has a relatively nice view on firenze roofs but « panorama » is a bit hyperbolic :) friendly employees and overall a familial touch to the place.
