Loving the place especially the location. I am just few steps away from Duomo. So easy to get back when i feel like using the toilet. Everything went well, Andrea is amazing! He immediately responds on my concerns. The only worst thing happened during our stay, we were unfortunate that the elevator had a problem.

I would like to say , to those peoples whos complaining about this hotel , if you choose this hotel is because is very convenient for ubication and price , no bc there not breakfast or you can hear everything from outside , that's is no a really problem , while you have a safe and clean room , the boy in reception was very kind ! Of course I recommend this hotel...it have a beautiful view to the Duomo...it just around corner , incredible !

Excellent location to all Florence has to offer. Steps away from the duomo and museum, a very short walk not the Accademia, Uffizi, and more. It was right in the historic district so it is definitely an older property and a busy area but still nice and clean. Friendly staff and easy to get around. A walkable distance to the train station, about 15 minutes.

What an incredible location! Half a block from the Duomo. And a nice little restaurant on the terrace that is attached to the property. even though we were right in the middle of all the activity the room was very quiet. And you could close the shutters to make it completely dark. Location, location, location.

overall the property is in an amazing location. the rooms were clean, but felt suffocating. very very small- old rooms. bed was uncomfortable, shower was just okay. light in the bathroom made me feel like we were in more of a hostel. wouldn’t stay here again even though the location is amazing. i’d prefer something a little more spacious and newer and just walk a bit further

I loved the location of this hotel and we only stayed one night, but the person who checked us in and out was incredibly friendly! The room was very clean and we heard the bells! What a treat with the coffee machine in the morning, wow! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a unique & very cute boutique hotel. 15 minutes walk from train & we walk slow. Walk out the hotel door of the hotel & everything is right there. They clean the room everyday. We used our phones to access the property & our room. There is a small elevator, the actual hotel is on the second floor. 4 small flights of steps if you don’t take the elevator. The hotel lobby sells drinks, the hotel gave us free snacks & drinks upon arrival. Staff was super friendly & helpful. I would stay there again.
