Excellent location
Great hotel in an excellent location. Don’t be put off by the entrance area as it does not reflect the hotel. Easy check in with some excellent advice re things to see, do & where to eat. Rooms compact but had everything we needed including fridge. Breakfast was more than adequate. Lovely rooftop bar area with a fabulous view. An excellent stay and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect hotel expect one thing.
Employee were very kind, hotel location is good to go tourist attraction. But one bad thing is bathroom condition. Whenever i tried to take a shower, There was a bad smell coming from the sewer.

Highly recommended. Excellent room, clean, quiet and very comfortable and spacious. Superb shower and lavatory. Bed was immensely comfortable. I was passing through the one night but would stay again. The staff were exceptionally courteous. Breakfast was a delicious continental affair with pastries and yoghurt, cheeses and meats plus some cereals and fruit. The cappuccino was sublime.

Positive points: location, terrace, breakfast, majority of the staff, negative points: the parking available means they work with a parking that is 5 mins away to offer the parking for36 per night, I didn’t shop around for parking to know if it is expensive or not, but both parking and hotel persist on getting cash for both parking cost and the city tax. On this matter, they only look for their benefits and not to work on a win win for both sides.

This hotel was great for its location, close to train station and center of town. There were many nearby restaurants to choose from. Only issue I had was the room was too small for 2 people, if you plan on staying here pick the larger room.

1. The bed was NOT a queen bed, but a full size bed. 2. After a full and exhaustive day of excursion, returned to our room in the evening and found it was OPEN!!! I immediately went to the Front Desk and reported to the staff on duty. He had the Audacity to say that I left it open! Instead of comforting words, he accused me of leaving it open. This was totally UNCALLED for and way out of line. I advised him that our room appeared to have been cleaned, towels changed and trashed picked up. I surmised that Housekeeping was the last to have been there since we left after breakfast. He was so unhelpful and dismissive! I then reported it to Hotels.com for proper incident report. To waste my saliva and time correcting this person was unnecessary. He wouldn’t even take the report. As I was leaving g back to my room, I overheard him say to another young staff, “the lady talks too much”. This made me more infuriated! I need to know what hotels.com concluded from this incident report. Poor customer service
