Hotel Beatrice is a good, old-fashioned hotel with good, old-fashioned service. I loved the place. It has character, is safe, clean, and with excellent service -- they still provide maps! And the location couldn't be more convenient to the SMN Station and the city center. However, in truth I didn't have a great stay because I slept terribly due to street noise. I have the impression that most rooms are not overlooking the street, so just make sure you don't get a street view. It's nice during the day, but awful at night.

Close to the Firenze SMN terminal, so very convenient. We walked our bags there instead of paying 12 euros for a two minute taxi. Hotel Beatrice was special for the friendly staff, Constantino and his son, Daniel. They made us feel at home and gave suggestions on where to go and how to get there. We appreciated the hospitality

Stayed one night on trip across Italy by train. Located in close proximity of rail station and within easy walking distance of most tourist sites, Friendly helpful staff. Room itself a bit tired in appearance but spotlessly clean. Shower very small, but effective. Good value breakfast with wide selection. Would stay again.

Fabulous!!!! Constantine was the best! So friendly and helpful and kind. Great AC, nice shower, comfy beds…it had it all! Would definitely stay here again!! And literally 2 min from the train station

The hotel is located in a building less than 5 mins away from the train station & all main tourist attractions can be reached within 10-15 minutes. The hotel is as well maintained as it could be for any other old buildings in Europe, the room is basic but clean & has everything you need. The hosts are all very friendly and helpful. The wifi is the only thing that did not work very well during my short stay there.

Great location near the train station and walkable distance from the center. What a pleasant staff that gave us an impeccable service ! They were kind to keep our luggages after check out so we could continue visiting Florence before catching our train. I recommand this hotel!
