This is a great place for travelers who need a comfortable room, without large hotel amenities, such as a pool or business center. It is close to a bus line, and easily walkable to central Florence.

We enjoyed our stay at Gogo petit hotel. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The staffs there are very helpful, after I told them I am a light sleeper, they helped to locate me in a quite room, I finally had a good sleep after previous cities. Location is quiet, a bit far from main tourist area, but still walkable.

A great option for a stay in Florence. Staff make every effort to help with your stay, and they really care about your happiness whilst there. Walking distance to the center of Florence and the train station.

Room was quite noisy as the reception area was right outside our door, and the only window opened out onto a communal patio area, but good facilities, lovely staff and nice location - quiet but everything within reach. Good for the price.

A lot of stairs to climb, but room and staff were very nice. Would stay here again, but next time, not pack so much because the stairs are a lot to carry luggage up and down.

Front desk was great !. The room was clean and had an AC. Walking up 5 flights of steps was the only thing I would say was not ideal...other than that place was very nice !

The place was cute I liked the rooms and the area was quiet and walkable. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs to go up and no lift. If you stay here I’d only bring a backpack or duffel bag. Pack light. My shower wasn’t too clean when I got there but other than that the room was great

I needed to stay for one night before flying to next location and I had no expectations but I wouldn't stay more than a night. There are better options at that price in Florence, I would not recommend it to people who have a lot of luggage since there is no elevator and the rooms are small

The staff were excellent, and I feel the price takes the stairs into account, but I feel the mattress could be upgraded. Both my partner and I were uncomfortable and sore after our 6 day stay. I hope the owner can invest in new beds. Thanks!

Nice place. Clean. Good location. Close to the train station and walking distance to all the main attractions. They were very accommodating for those arriving early. I dropped off my suitcase when I arrived earlier than the check in time. Only negative thing: They gave me a used toilet paper roll and didn’t put another one in my room.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff and cozy room. The thing where there is an elevator which is only available for tenents and not hotel visitors seems to be a Florence/Italian thing and is good to know. Not a big thing though, as was the slight sewer smell in the stairway/bathroom. Great place in general!

Room was clean and nice. USB socket near the headboard didn’t quite work though, outlets are not placed around the bed - better to bring extra cable or portable battery if you’d like to use electric devices with charging when lying on the bed.

Great location, good room. AC was good, But there was absolutely no light in the stair wells, so you have to walk up 58 stairs in the pitch black at night. Not a fan of that.

Stayed in room 5. Pros - safe location, easy check in, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean. Cons - up 4 flights of stairs. Location isn’t great, quite far from the main attractions and restaurants. Poor ventilation - the entire room would fog up from the shower & the ceiling fan was not strong enough to get rid of it even after running it for hours … everything was always damp feeling. There was a window which was directly out to the patio so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the curtain open because other guests could look right in.

Daniele and Gogo Hotel are the perfect team of friendliness, knowledge, helpful team I have encountered in my travels. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Daniele is the perfect host. He’s also the best tour planner if it’s your 1st time visiting. The only drawback are the stairs. No elevator. It’s even overlooked by the best customer service.

So, this is not a hotel, it is basically a glorified Airbnb. If you have accessibility issues do NOT book this hotel. You have to haul your bags up 3-4 giant flights of stairs, and sometimes the lights turned off halfway up or down. The rooms themselves were nice and a fairly decent size, they had a coffeemaker and a safe, as well as a little storage unit for clothes. The bathroom in our room was ok, it had a bit of a smell because the water pooled in the shower tiles since they were not flat, and it would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom. Their room service consisted of making the bed, that's it - we had to ask for more toilet paper, they didn't change the towels or the bathmat that was by the shower the entire time we were there (4 nights), so by the end it was pretty gross. They didn't sweep the floor in the bathroom or room, so again, it was pretty gross by the end of the stay (2 girls with long hair). I don't care that the sheets weren't changed because I would only do my sheets at home once a week or so, but to not provide any new towels or even stock the toilet paper or sweep the floors is not great. Even if new towels are only provided every other day that would be fine. We didn't have the provided breakfast so cannot comment on that. The person we communicated with over WhatsApp was quick to respond. Not sure if I'd stay here again. Location was ok, have to be ok to walk places.
