Loved this hotel! Upon entering the staff was so friendly handy, the location is in such a prime spot for everything in Florence! The breakfast was also so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel in April. It’s an elegant, clean, and stylish boutique hotel with very friendly, welcoming, and dedicated staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had an amazing stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly with a welcoming drink, and our room was ready even before check-in time so we could refresh and start exploring Florence right away. The location in the heart of the city is perfect, with sights and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was huge and delicious, with a variety of fresh, healthy, tasty food -- served with love. We will definitely stay at Glimplse the next time we are in Florence. We highly recommend this great hotel! Thanks to everyone at Glimpse, and a special shout-out to Martin, who welcomed and accommodated us with professionalism and warmth. We love Florence and, as you can tell, really enjoyed this hotel.

Good Location Terrible Room, was given the accessible room which was very poorly designed. Room was wet after a shower. Very small room for the price and not worth it. Only was the location. Would not return.

My stay at the Glimpse Hotel in Florence was fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Plus, the bed was so comfortable – I didn't want to leave! Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Florence.

Finalmente un hotel identico in tutto come viene descritto e rappresentato nelle foto!!! L’ impatto è stato meraviglioso…il personale accogliente, delizioso, disponibile, scrupoloso e rispettoso…potrei continuare all’infinito…sempre col sorriso e con professionalità che non è da tutti!!! Alina e Delia fantastiche!!! Ho soggiornato al Glimpse nel weekend di Pasqua, con la mia famiglia e purtroppo mia figlia ha avuto la febbre… non ci hanno mai abbandonati!!! Oltre ad una implicita eleganza degli arredi e di tutta la struttura ho trovato un’ eleganza molto più importante: quella dell’ anima del personale!!! Non vediamo l’ ora di ritornare!!!❤️
