Ideal geographical context allows you to live in Florence in a central area but not problematic, and to reach all major attractions comfortably with a few steps.
The area is very central but livable, there are restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets within 500 meters, in the nearby Via dei Servi.
Buses and taxis are nearby, in Piazza Annunziata and in Piazza San Marco.
Accessible on foot from the main train station, Santa Maria Novella, although with the narrow and historic streets of Florence bringing your luggage becomes tiring.
In the historic district of Santa Croce, every corner is worthy of attention.
The car is not recommended, however, in the area there are car parks with special rates for accommodation facilities.
In September there is the historic feast of Reficolona, in front of the house, and in December the area is full of Christmas markets.
