A very nice place for me and my family to explore Florence. It’s close to the stuff that a tourist wants to see (about 5 minutes from the museum that has the real David). I give it an 8/10 but with some minor TLC (ie: change some lightbulbs, fix the noisy AC and a fresh coat of paint) this place would be a 10.

Nice comfortable apartment.
All the essential needs were met in this apartment. Comfortable place to stay. Pull out couch was more than adequate for one of my kids to sleep. Twin sized bunk beds were great. Kitchen allowed for basic meal prep.

My family of five had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Walking distance to all the sights in central Florence and next to the art gallery museum. Great places to eat all around and a Carrefour Express grocery store right around the corner. Great communication with Elisabetta which ensured easy access to the apartment and was responsive with anything we needed. We definitely would stay again at this great location. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great location in Florence!
We enjoyed the walk ability of this property. Short, easy walks to Santa Maria Novella train station and all the main sights in Florence. Buses are also easily accessible outside the building and grocery markets are close by as well as many bars and restaurants.

Great Place - Great Location
Stayed 3 night with my wife and two 30+ year old children. This was a great place for the four of us since it had two bathrooms. Nothing fancy but a great central location to explore Florence from. Communication and check in was a bit of a challenge but had more to do with the language barrier than with the host. Bottom line, I would stay again and would recommend to others.

Beautifully appointed central apartment
This is a beautiful apartment and had everything we needed for a family of five. It was very clean and comfortable with 3 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. Its close proximity to all the sights in Florence meant we could walk everywhere, and we walked with our luggage from the train station. The owner was very friendly and helpful and gave us all the information about shops and restaurants. We'd love to stay here again.

Great stay in Florence
So enjoyed staying in Forence for 4 nights while travelling through Italy. It was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfy beds and had everything we needed. Elisabetta and her son were very kind making us feel at home. This apartment was directly above the bus stop in San Marcos square. It was so charming, a bustling little area very close to all amenities. We LOVED the organic pizzeria called Simbios. Best pizza we had anywhere with the most charming decor.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location
The apartment was as advertised--two comfortable bedrooms, two very nice bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen, a nice living/dining area, and a small balcony with a view of the Duomo and Campanile. The location was perfect--just around the corner from the Gallerie dell'Accademia and a little less than a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. Elisabetta was a charming and gracious host. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment and location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Firenze. This apartment has an unbeatable location. It’s minutes from the Duomo and the museum with the David statue. We loved the convenience of picking up the keys from a lock box. The directions were clear and easy to follow. We were ready to move in and never leave! The apartment had plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teenagers).

Wonderful apartment and great location!
My family of 5 stayed here in July. The location cannot be beat. It is a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, the statue of David is housed almost next door and if you take a City Wonders tour, you meet in the square right in front of the apartment. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The view of the Duomo from the balcony is priceless. We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to any friends or family going to Florence.

Clean apartment, great location, friendly hosts
We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and well-equipped, especially after several days in a nice-but-tiny Venice hotel. The two bedrooms are large, the two baths convenient, and the kitchen (with washer) is a huge bonus, even though we never cooked. It was also very well located: just around the corner (literally) from the David, and a short walk to the Duomo. We stayed for 3 days, but you could easily stay here in comfort for several weeks. Elisabetta and her husband are gracious and accommodating hosts. And the restaurant downstairs (which they recommended) really is excellent -- some of the best food we had during our two-week vacation.

Perfect location and comfort!!!
My husband and daughter and I stayed in July of 2018 for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have AC in the summer heat. The apartment was huge and very clean. We couldn't believe we got to overlook the Duomo from the back balcony and San Marco square from the front of the apartment - what a treat! We would love to stay here every time we come to Florence! Check in and check out were made very simple and quick with perfect instructions sent to us well in advance. What a treasure!

Great apartment, great location
We really loved the apartment. Great location. You can walk to all the main attractions of Florence with great shops along the way. A grocery store is just around the corner and some takeout shops also just outside your door. Great for families. It was clean, spacious and all that we were hoping for. I would recommend this apartment. I know a lot of reviews talk about the stairs to get to the apartment, but we did not mind that at all. It is actually helps to reduce the sounds of the street. Once upstairs, it is quiet and peaceful.
