You will feel surrounded by the history of this romantic and fascinating city ... Placed on the first floor (29 steps), 50 square meters, accommodates up to 6 people. Consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Free WiFi, air conditioning in both bedrooms.

Amazing Location
The location couldn’t be better! Everything Florence has to offer is easy walking distance from this lovely flat. We loved being so close to so much history and culture. The flat was clean and comfortable. A couple things to note. The stairs leading to it are steep and potentially slippery. This is a historic building, wonderfully updated but still has some old world features. Also, be sure to pay the required city tax in advance or you could find yourself locked outside in the rain.

Good apartment in a great location
My family of five, including two teenagers and a younger child, stayed here for three nights in August 2024. The check in process was easy. The owners were communicative and gave clear instructions and met us at the apartment to explain how everything worked. The location of this apartment is amazing. It could not be better. It is close to the Duomo, the ponte vecchio, many wonderful shops and restaurants, and anything else you’d want to see or do in Florence. The apartment sleeps five comfortably. The adults slept on a double bed, the teenagers slept on twins, and the child slept on a pullout couch. The apartment has a tiny washing machine. It does not hold much but if you have been traveling for a few days (like we had) it was nice to be able to do laundry. The air conditioning worked well and was very nice to have in August. The bathroom is small but clean and functional. As many reviews have mentioned, you have to climb some rather steep steps to access this place. This was not a problem for us but would be a problem for anyone who has difficulty with steps. We had a delightful stay here and would stay again if we return to Florence.

Amazing location. Loved loved loved my stay here. So close to everything, and easy to pop in for a quick ac break. Full kitchen if you need it, but also so many great restaurants nearby. Close to all the great museums and churches and shopping. Cold ac in all the rooms! Washer only (dryer available in laundromat within 10 min walk…apparently rare to have dryer in Italy). Good beds. Reasonably spacious for family. My only issue is some of communications are different due to VRBO and Expedia blocking some communications in their app.

Nimoe Riccio saved our vacation!
The apartment was as advertised. Amazing location, no frills, but as promised. It is tucked away from the main streets and the windows do muffle most of the noise when closed. The a/c units in the bedrooms worked really well. But the distinguishing factor in this apartment was the manager, Nimoe, who went well above and beyond to save our vacation. We tucked our passports away when we arrived and then forgot them when we left. We didn't realize they were missing until we were back in Rome. I contacted Nimoe and within 30 minutes she had secured them for us. She then researched ways to mail them to Rome but nothing was fast enough to get them to us before we were scheduled to fly home. So she found a friend who lived near the train station to hand them off to me when I sped back on a train to retrieve them. Her flexibility, creativity, patience, and general grace with me while I was panicking cannot be overstated. I suspect there are many apartments like this one in Florence, but I doubt there a many managers like Nimoe who would do what she did. Grazie mille!

A week in Florence
The host, intermediary and owner very quick to respond to any concerns. Wish we had just a tad more info about using different things in the apartment. All attractions were within walking distance. There is a midnight noise curfew for music, none for revelers, which could be a challenge for some because it is so close to all the action.

I’ll start by saying the location is AMAZING! We loved the ease with which we could go anywhere. It made staying in Florence fantastic. Here are some helpful hints: Be careful climbing the steep stairs. Bring some toilet paper as we did. The refreshing shower and couch encourages one to begin the day promptly. Watch out for uneven surfaces. Overall we had a wonderful stay and look forward to going back some time!!

Missing coffee machine, toaster, shampoo& bath gel. Remotes for air conditioning didn’t work. Safe didn’t work. Mold in bathroom and you’ll have to fight with squeaky bathroom pocket door. Don’t expect any basics in this property such as dishsoap, paper towels olive oil or coffee. This property is very old and rustic. But convenient location.

Great location
Apartment has a good location, it is within walking distance from train station and major attractions. I was able to turn on the lights for the building stairs from the 1st floor, but I was not able to do so from the apartment door so getting out of the building at night we had to use our phone lights. Definitely will stay again.

Just a wonderful City & apartment
We arrived in Florence a bit earlier and our host Stephania accommodated us by allowing us into the apartment a bit earlier then planned. the apartment is located on the second floor and stairs are very steep and not very comfortable when coming down, just make sure to use the hand rail and you will be fine. the apartment itself is very comfortable. the shower is very tight and I would recommend tot he host that the lighting be replaced as it is somewhat dark in this washroom. The sofa needs to be replaced as it is shot and not very comfortable. Other than that it is an ideal location to stay and very close to everything. The bridges, shopping district if you are into Gucci, Yve St-Laurent etc... All these high Couturier are close by. Many historical site are withing walking distance No need for taxis. Great location to stay and very well maintained...... i would recommend staying at this apartment.

Unbelievable Location
This property is clean and easy to enjoy. There is a pretty steep staircase from the street to the front door but you get used to it. We received excellent recommendations for restaurants etc. Above all, the location is the stand out feature of this apartment. Orsanmichele is 20 metres away. The Piazza della Signoria is 80 metres away. The Ponte Vecchio is a short walk away. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The Heart of Florence
Our family of four used the apartment as the base for all our activities. We had plenty of space, the washer was very handy, and the beds and air conditioning were fantastic after all the walking we did. Check in was very easy, and Stephania was accommodating as our arrival time changed. We were given recommendations to restaurants and the supermarket. Everything was very close - the Duomo, Uffizzi, Accademia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio - amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place!!

Great location; apartment was hot and very loud
Starting with the good; the apartment was very well located. Perfect for walking to all the major sites. Stefania and her team were super helpful throughout the whole process and provided a lot of great information about the area. On the negative side, the apartment was uncomfortably hot. Both bedrooms have A/C but they never cooled off all the way and we could barely sit in the living room/kitchen area because it was so hot. Plus the apartment is very loud at night. There is construction going on directly across the street and they were working at night to avoid the heat. The kitchen was well equipped but the pots and pan are very old and scratched up. We had to scrub them before use as they had not been cleaned after their last use. It is a really good location but the apartment is in desperate need of some updating.

AMAZING LOCATION!
We stayed in Stefania’s perfectly situated apartment for 3 nights. Fiy accommodated a late check in for us - even ran to the corner store to get milk for our morning coffee. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. There is also helpful information for local sights & restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The location of the apartment is perfect. Most sights within easy walking distance - Ponte Vecchio, Oltroarno, Uffizzi, The Duomo & Accademia all minutes away. The Piazza Repubblica is a great spot for a glass of wine, live music and people watching. From start to finish of the reservation process and arrival, Stefania was very quick to respond to our questions. She recommended private driver to pick us up from our evening flight from Madrid. I highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed for three nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable. The beds were very cozy and the shower was amazing. We especially appreciated the proximity to major attractions and found the noise level from the street was not a problem. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Charming Florence apartment!
Adorable and homey apartment a very short walking distance from many major points of interest. Clean space and friendly, helpful host with great tips on getting the best gelato. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only advice to other travelers is to pack lightly. The stairs, as they are in many places of Italy, are very steep. Otherwise a perfect spot to make you feel like you live there.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Tower Apartment. The stairs are steep but even though I have knee issues I managed just fine. The location is perfect and was a great base for visiting Florence. There was a grocery store within a few blocks and restaurants and cafes very close by. The Wifi worked well and the shower was wonderful. We would stay there again.

We had a great visit. Overall the apartment was wonderful and Stefania and her group were very informative and helpful. Word of warning though, the stairs are steep and it was a bit of a challenge handling our suitcases. That said, highly recommend!!

A very charming suite in the very heart of Florence.
You will not find a better location for seeing all the well-known sites. 2 blocks from Ponte Vecchio, 20 steps from Nuevo Mercado and around the corner from Piazza Della Signoria. Small food shop and ATM also very close. We loved it but the stairs are not suitable for someone who has difficulty walking. Be sure to try the pop up streetside eatery that will appear every evening outside your door. A very nicely appointed unit!
