Crossing the hallway, you will discover a dining room connected to a living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people, a Smart TV and a splendid decoration that combines style and functionality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for use with a spacious dining table for six people. From there you can access the terrace, very quiet and pleasant with views of a garden area. Finally, it is completed with a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

Located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, it is surrounded by the best shops and restaurants that Florence has to offer. Plus, with the T1 tram just a minute’s walk away, the historic city center is within reach in just seven stops, allowing you to easily explore the rich history and culture of this Renaissance city.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
