Wonderful apartment, with attention to detail, warm, welcoming, bright and spacious.
Two double bedrooms, a nice lounge and a perfect kitchen equipped with every comfort. Romantic terrace over the roofs of Florence, ideal for spring / summer dinners.
An absolutely gorgeous apartment in the center of the best neighborhood of Florence. The brand new design furniture and beautiful fixtures make this a wonderful, comfortable apartment to enjoy our fantastic city of Florence!

Located in the fabulous, unspoiled artisanal quarter, you can experience a true taste of Florentine life. Surrounded by great local restaurants, art studios, individual shops, vintage shops, fresh grocery stores and organic shops, daily and weekly markets.

The Holy Spirit Square is a couple of minutes stroll, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, with pavement cafes, lively bars, and inexpensive and excellent restaurants. Here is a thriving and ecstatic community of locals, artists, expats and a friendly and happy Vibe.
The other side of the river - the North side, is far more touristy and more expensive while this unspoiled authentic neighborhood is the 'real' Florence and a truly beautiful experience (we live this side too!). A wonderful retreat in the heart of the renaissance!

Convenient and Quiet
This is a great spot just across the river and away from the crowds and noise of the historic area. That said it is just a short walk to everything. Our host was wonderful and very helpful in guiding us to great places to eat. We had a very busy but enjoyable time!

Fantastic stay in Florence!
This roomy and beautiful apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence. Lovingly cared for and decorated, this spacious apartment was a close walk to many major attractions while still being located in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood. After hours of seeing the sights everyday, this was the ideal oasis to come home to. And there’s a wonderful little restaurant right across the street! Fantastico! !

Wonderful stay in Firenze
Lovely apartment with everything we could have wanted. Clean, comfortable and spacious in a great area, away from the crowds but a short walk to everything. Local restaurants were good, including the one opposite. Great Swedish bakery, two supermarkets near by, good Panificio and easy to head out for aperitivo.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location
My sister and I stayed here three nights and just loved the apartment and the location. The living room is so bright and cheery and was a great spot for a little downtime when we came in from our many walks around Florence. Location is just great in a neighborhood with many great options for food and drink and coffee. We just loved it and Viviana was a wonderful resource for us. This will be my first choice of accomodation if I'm fortunate enough to return to Florence.

Wonderful Neighborhood Apartment
Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is well-equipped, in a charming area of the city, with everything you could need just steps away. The Wi-Fi is excellent, and the apartment is very spacious. Communication and helpful suggestions with the host were excellent and highly recommended. Would stay there again.

This apartment is spacious and located in a neighborhood that is far enough away from the hordes of tourists but close enough to some fun and authentic neighborhoods. Lots of great dining options nearby. Easy check in process. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time here. Viviana greeted us on arrival and was very helpful and informative. Any questions were quickly answered, and she helped with restaurant options and getting taxis right away. Great location, we walked around the entire city and found it easy to get back to the lovely apartment. Would definitely stay again!

Great Florence Apartment
Great location to access everything we needed, from grocery store, laundry facility and the many important places Florence has to offer. Hosts and assistant communicated well with us and helped with check-in , check-out process easily. Will definitely consider it again on next trip back.

Nice apartment in quieter side of Florence
Really enjoyed the well equipped apartment. Good location for us. 15 mins walk from most of old town. Nice traditional Tuscan restaurant opposite with good food and service. Easy bus from and to station or tram/bus from airport.

Great Florence Stay
A great place for the family. We appreciated all the recommendations during the check-in process. The apartment was clean and roomy and we appreciated having the outdoor space. We especially enjoyed the restaurant just across the street (I'Brindellone), the place around corner (Pandemonio di Casa Brogi Trattoria) and the gelato near the soccer field (Gelateria Artigianale La Sorbettiera), Great location away from all the “tourist”.

Fantastic Stay in Firenze
Valentina (property owner) and Viviana (property manager) were both extremely communicative and helpful. The apartment is as good or better than advertised. Wonderful location and all the amenities. Valentina's restaurant tips are also spot on. My family and I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Florence.

Great location and very large apartment!
This apartment was a fabulous location. It was a bit of a walk from the main center of tourism, but that's exactly what we wanted. It was close to great restaurants and a grocery. The apartment itself was very large, clean, zero noise from the street, well decorated and well maintained. Our hostess was extremely kind and helpful and provided recommendations. I 100% would stay there again!

Our stay at this VRBO was very nice. Location was great for walking to cafes, shops, pharmacy and grocery stores. Really got the feel of how the Italians live in this neighborhood!. My only suggestion is please put directions for appliances: washer,stove, etc.
