The apartment is stragically located in the historical centre of Florence, in front of Train Station, at the fourth floor with elevator, can accommodate a family of up to a maximum of 6 people.

The apartment is just a ten minutes' walk from all the most important attractions the city has to offer: Congress Palace, Exhibition Center, Piazza Duomo, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and many more.

There's also a great choice of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, a mini market and much more, all close by.

Florence Peretola international airport (FLO) is 23 minutes away byTram or taxi and the Santa Maria Novella train station is just a 30 meters. Taxi Station is a 20 meters; Shuttle to/from Pisa Airport (PSA) is a 30 meters.

Loved the apartment, right across the street from the train station. Alberto was friendly and very through at check in. Communication with Alberto was excellent. Very secure apartment and in a great location for walking to attractions or catching a taxi. Kitchen is well stocked, Alberto even provided coffee pods and condiments. Would definitely rent again.

I have rented apartments in Florence each year for the past 10 years. This is the most comfortable, spacious and convenient apartment. Well equipped and great location. The owner greeted us and provided all the info we needed on our arrival. Quiet apartment with elevator, good view and equipped with electric blinds to cut out light for sleeping. Within all major attractions. Would definitely stay here again next year.

Five of us stayed in Alberto’s roomy, clean, and nicely designed two bedroom apartment with elevator. The location across the street from the train station made it so easy to access taxi’s, tour meeting point, as well as buses. Loved the grocery store being around the corner. Highly recommend.

Spacious well equipped at main train station
Very attractive, spacious, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on 4th (top) floor of secure elevator building across from Santa Maria Novello (SMN) train station. 5 minute walk to tram from airport (the Unita stop is even more convenient than the SMN stop). Carrefour and Conad grocery stores just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment in the perfect location
My family stayed here for 6 nights. We have two college age children, so the size worked out perfectly with the 2nd bedroom having two separate beds. The place was very clean. The owner was very accommodating and flexible. He was extremely responsive, and checked on us after the first day. The location across from the main train station was perfect for early day trips, and within walking distance to everything the city has to offer. There were several laminated guides in the room with tons of information. We loved Florence and will stay here when we can return. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Alberto's apartment immensely. It was spacious, lightfilled, very comfortable and warm (winter time). The kitchen was well appointed to enable home style meals. Its location made for relatively easy walking to the major sights of Florence. Alberto was a most gracious host. Highly recommended.

Convenient, modern, safe and clean
This is the best location we stayed at in our Italy itinerary. The location is next to the train station, so it is convenient for transporting luggage. The rooms are modern, clean, and very functional. It was perfect for our family of four adults. The owner was great and communicated quickly and thoroughly. I would try to stay here again when we come back to Florence. You can walk to all the sites in Florence easily from here.

The perfect place to stay
Alberto is a wonderful host who goes out of his way to make his guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is comfortable, furnished to a high standard and so centrally located that you can reach all the main sights on foot in just a few minutes. And although the area is very busy, you can enjoy peace and relaxation in the flat itself: The windows close very well! We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful city and can only recommend the accommodation.

Wonderful in Every Way
My husband and I traveled with my brother and Sister-in-Law. We could not have been more pleased with Alberto’s lovely apartment. Alberto was wonderful! We arrived earlier than check in time and he graciously allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment as it was being cleaned. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that was set up so nicely for guests. Alberto thought of everything that one might need to be comfortable. He was always just a text away if we had any questions and answered promptly. The apartment is located in a wonderfully convenient area close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and has an elevator which was wonderful for bringing luggage up to the apartment. I would definitely recommend this listing! 😊

Excellent Location - Excellent Apartment
This apartment is located across the street from the Santa Maria Novella train station. There is no place more convenient if you are touring Italy by train. The location is also central to anything you want to do or get to in Florence. Alberto met us at the door and provided all the tips and information we needed. His apartment was recently renovated and it is by far one of the best we have stayed in. An exceptional property and owner.

Great place
This apartment is across the street from the train station. It is such a great location if taking the train in or out of the city. Florence is very walkable and we were able to get everywhere we wanted within 30 min walk. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and fit my family of 5 well. I read other people say not to stay by the train station but always felt safe. It was always crowded with people even at night . I can’t stress how easy it is to get off the train with your luggage and only have to walk across the street. We enjoyed our time in Florence and would stay here again if we came back.

The apartment was easy to access from the train station (across the street). The apartment was large, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was very good for day trips to other cities (we did Venice and Pisa). The location was a little longer walk than we would have preferred for site seeing within Florence. The normal touristic sites within Florence were about a 2 to 3 km walk, which translated to a 15 to 20 minutes, which was definitely doable.
