Excellent Location next to Ponte Vecchio, at 2 steps from Uffizzi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio. Palazzo Pitti , access walking distance to other important attractions to visit in the city center. The apartment also have the big advantage that is located a few steps of the variety of restaurants, local shops, supermarket ,etc. Located in Piazza Santa Felicita a quiet and safety place.
Inside the apartment in the second floor ( no elevator access, few stairs access) , offer to our guest a comfortable and big area to stay with 2 spacious bedrooms, ( master room with private connected bathroom) ( 1 bedroom with 2 single bed), other second bathroom, 1 beautiful and luminous living room with TV Smart, excellent WIFI connection, and fully equipped kitchen with 2 doors refrigerator, electrical kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, and all the implements that you feel at home.
The Apartment offer to our guest privacy in a quiet atmosphere
As a host, I will provide you a warn welcome and personalized service helping you with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in the city.
We speak italian, english and spanish.
For us it will be a pleasure to receive you in our home, and we are waiting for your visit!

Great location and very nice for a family
We really enjoyed this location as it is right across the bridge from many of the main sights - walking distance to everything and the train station where you can get public transit to the airport. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and great location in Florence.

Overall Positive Trip
Great location. Street maps provided. Very small communal area. Beds not great. Taxi did not appear and we were left rushing to the station with luggage which was stressful. However we really enjoyed Florence and the trips we took using the apartment as our base.

Property was close to train station but was not aware of that upon arrival. Decided to take an Uber which was not worth it when we could’ve walked. The city fee was 52 euros and when her assistant arrived he told me it was 55 euros. Where to take out trash was not easy to find in the city.

A not so good apartment on a wonderful location
The location is unbeatable! Wonderful spot! The apartment lacks of ventilation, smells like grease from the kitchens on the first floor, not possible to open the windows due to this and it feels a bit claustrophobic. The kitchen is extremely small, so if you are expecting to cook something, forget it! Very few kitchen utensils. Communication with the host was ok but quite limited. Loved Florence though!

Lovely Apartment Great Location
2 Bedrooms/2 baths worked wonderfully for 4 adults. the master bath was a bit small but functional. Grateful for the air-conditioning given the Florence heat. Couldn't ask for a better location -- walkable to most anything - cafes, restaurants, shops, Arno River, Uffizi, including nearby Santa Croce which I would highly recommend visiting! Everything in the apartment was "as advertised". Thank you Jacqueline!

Amazing Apartment, Location, and host
My family spent five days in Florence as part of a 15 day travel to Europe. Our Florence experience was the highlight of our trip. Jacqueline was very flexible with our check-in and met us at a nearby restaurant for our meet and greet. The location is steps away from the Ponte Vecchio bridge and just outside the door are three restaurants which made dining convenient. The apartment is updated, very clean, and comfortable for a family of five. I’d rate our experience a 10 if I could. I highly recommend this apartment and the hospitality of our host.

Staying in Florence-you need look no further
The location of this stay is unbelievable - all the places you need to see, or want to see, are within walking distance. The host, Jaqueline, is simply lovely, and responds immediately. The neighborhood is in the heart of Florence, lodging is quiet, and the apartment is warm and comfortable.

Vacation
We enjoyed our vacation, the location is great so much things around us, however if you walk further you will find better restaurants. The property manager is the sweetest person and very helpful with any questions you have for her, she truly makes you welcome. The only thing my family and I didn't like is how rude people could be at the restaurants and some stores; overall EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!!!!!

Couldn't have found a better location for Museum and Church tours, shopping and ,of course, eating. Everything within 5-15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our 3 days in Florence made easier with use of your property. If we return to Florence, would love to stay here again.

Central location but low quality appliances
We stayed at the apartment in June 2018, overall the property was clean and centrally located. We were not greeted by Jaqueline, but by her assistant. We were family of 4 with two kids (11 an 9). They only give us one set of keys that needed to literally enter three doors before you get into apartment. This was very inconvenient, since we always had to be together to go in and out. When asked to get extra set of keys, we were told that they can not provide that. Also, coffee machine and toaster didn't have electrical plugs that would fit. We asked for that and Jaquelin dropped them off. We still had to use only one at a time, since there were no room to insert the second one. You can only operate one appliance at a time. To use toaster, I had to unplug the coffee maker. The master bathroom was tiny and didn't even have place to put soap and shampoos. I asked if they provide the detergent for washer machine, they said they would, but once we came we had to get our own. I left practically the whole bottle of detergent for the next guest.

This cozy apartment worked well for us. The location is quite near the Ponte Vecchia, yet quiet.
The apartment is small, but fine. Clean, air conditioned, modestly furnished, with all basic kitchen wear and appliances and a small washing machine. A few minor quirks. There are no electrical sockets in the bathrooms, so I had to dry my hair in the bedroom. The A/C unit in one bedroom was a bit noisy at first, The owner had it checked, couldn't find the problem, but then the noise just went away after a day or so. The shower in the master bedroom is quite small, but the second one is roomy. All this is really not a big deal, especially when you have a location that is so convenient. Owner helped get us a cab to the train station, which we appreciated. There is a cleaning fee in addition to the rent, and there is city tax that must be paid in cash upon arrival, which is standard.

Absolutely perfect location!
It is a great little apartment with two bedrooms that worked perfectly for the three of us. We were right by Ponte Vecchio and had no hills to climb. There are however, a few steps up to the apartment. But it really is not that bad. The kitchen was completely stocked with essentials. The showers were great. And we were so happy to have a washing machine!

Perfect location!
Absolutely loved this apartment! Perfect location for exploring Florence. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and we will be booking again next year when we visit Florence. Everything is within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
