Comfort and style, bright apartment for two people with a large open space for the living area with a very comfortable sofa and TV and a kitchenette equipped with oven, fridge and gas burners. Separate bedroom with lockable door, overlooking the rooftops of Florence and an "urban" style fireplace that gives a touch of relaxation and romance. The apartment is located near Piazza del Carmine and Piazza Tasso, in an extremely quiet spot but close to the Piazza Santo Spirito district which is today considered a district full of restaurants, shops, suitable for residents and tourists, with many attractions for nightlife, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pitti and 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
