Delightful studio completely renovated, located on the ground floor with private entrance, equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, DVD-video-picture, 32 'TV, free unlimited wi-fi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, comfortable bed double, bathroom with window. In quiet residential area adjacent to the historic center of Florence with public park in the vicinity. A few hundred meters from the house there is a large free public parking surrounded by a green area. The apartment is located just minutes from the second train station in Florence Campo di Marte. With good access to buses and trains, the historic center within 10 minutes by bus and 5 minutes by train. Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, tennis courts and local market within walking distance. Bed linen, kitchen and bathroom are provided. Possibility of adding a bed for children or teenagers with a folding bed. The times indicated for check-in and check-out can be changed on request and agreed with the owner based on availability. Tourist tax € 3.00 per night per person (for a maximum of 7 nights payable on arrival). Security deposit € 50.00 to be paid on arrival, returned the day of departure subject to verification of the condition of the apartment. Final cleaning fee included in the price.

The best hosts!
Fantastic communication from Tommy prior to my stay. Gianna picked me up from the train station on arrival which was very kind of her and showed me everything at the apartment. Gianna also gave me some information on the local area which was very helpful. The apartment was ideal for my needs I would definitely stay again if I came back to Florence! Thanks Tommy and Gianna for everything you did most appreciated I had a brilliant holiday in Florence!

Lovely host and hostess
Our hosts, Tommy and Gianna, were amazing. The apt. is lovely and perfect for a 3 day stay. They're numerous suggestions for exploring, dining, transportation were very helpful. Tommy and Gianna's very generous offer to pick us at the main train station in Florence on arrival to drive us to the apt. (after a very long travel night and day) were more than appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet but full of little shops and delicious eateries. We're go glad we discovered this little gem! Grazie ad entrambi!

Great Stay in Florence
We had a great time staying here in Florence. Tommy was an amazing host who provided us with all the info we needed. He even gave us a bottle of Florence’s famous Chianti wine! The property was very clean with lots of space for two. One downside however is how far it is from the core area. This is mostly only an issue due to none of the buses ever being on time. The surrounding area more than makes up for it with a great caffe and sandwich shop being less than 5 minutes away. Overall I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to visit Florence!

Splendid Stay
We had an exceptional stay at Carpe Diem. The home is just as described. It was a very short walk to the train station Campo di Marte, which made it really easy to get around. Gianna was extremely kind and helpful. She shared a map along with several great recommendations in Florence. It was everything that we needed in order to become well oriented with the city and make our way around.

Tommy and Gianni were absolutely fabulous. Went above and beyond to endure my happy stay!
I didn’t realize that everything would be provided - especially quality shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and even toothpaste. They had put a couple of bottles in the fridge and a bottle of chianti on the counter. We hugged hello like we were old friends and I would have loved to hug them goodbye. They were unavailable at the time i gad to leave. But they even arranged for my taxi to the train station. These are truly kind and considerate people who take great pride in their VBRO. I very highly recommend it to ALL!

Fabulous in Firenze
Communication with hosts was simple and easy. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. They went over everything with us and gave us tips. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate to train, bus etc. Villani, the coffee shop on the corner cannot be missed and was a personal favorite to start our day. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Host were very patient with us as we were late for our scheduled check in. Very well organized with folder with lots of information. Very good location being 10-15 minute bus ride from city center. We had a great time for our 3 day stay.

Our stay in Florence perfected by Carpe DIem
This property is super clean, situated just down the street from a marvelous cafe that caters to the local population. We were able to shop for food at a cheese vendor around the corner who also had the freshest vegetables and wonderful pasta. Next door to the cheese shop was a butcher who had very high quality proscuito priced at a euro for half a dozen slices; delicious! The location is great and parking was convenient just around the corner. It was nice to immerse into the local culture, something you don"t accomplish with a hotel. Our hosts could not have been nicer, bending over backwards with our late check in (GPS is needed to find the location and ours was not playing happily with us causing the trip from Milan to Florence to take hours longer than anticipated as per the Google). The stay at Carpe Diem was the high light of the trip and we would be happy to come back and stay with Tommy again.

Hidden Gem in Florence
We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The studio had everything we needed, specially a washing machine. The accommodations were great for a couple like us. The parking was excellent and less than 3 min walk from the property. Bus stop was also near and you can purchase the bus tickets right at the corner coffee shop. One piece of advice is learn the bus routes before you take the bus so you dont end up lost like we did lol. Other than that we had a great time in Florence and Gianna was an amazing host!

We loved the time we spent here. The apartment was spotless and very attractively furnished. There was a bus stop at the end of the block and shops and markets very near by. The owners were so friendly and helpful. WE would definitely stay here again.

Ideal place for torists with car. Friendly and attentive owners.
Wonderful comfortable apartment, especially due to its friendly and very helpful host and hostess! The flat is modern designed, well equipped (we even don't used all), clean. The great advantage for tourism by car is 2 free (chargeless and half empty) parkings and possibility to get to center of Florence by communal transport and even by walk. We alternate walking in old city with car travel to Siena, Lukka and Chianti road. Gianna and Tommi provide all information in the beginning and take care in all our holidays. Despite all advantages of apartment, next time we would return here due to our Really friendly relations with Gianna and Tommy (till have not seen their dog). Thank you for fine holidays!!! Great little place to stay, particularly due to its warm and very helpful host and hostess! The flat itself is sweet, well equipped, clean. Be good to have a TV channel in another language other than Italian!!! but that is a detail I suppose. Gianna and Tommy are the highlights of this little flat-so helpful and kind- makes all the difference in our speedy 'modern' world where connection with others often gets lost. Wohnen in dolce vida Umgebung
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und freundlich gewesen. Das hat uns einen sehr schönen Start in Florenz ermöglicht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und liegt ca. 20 Minuten von Zentrum (mit dem Bus) entfernt. Der Wohnviertel ist sehr gut und man hat dort die Möglichkeit, das echte italienische Leben zu erleben. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag ist die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer.

Tout était parfait chez Tommy ! La qualité de l'accueil, l'appartement sous tous ses aspects (cuisine, espaces de rangement nombreux, propreté...), le parking gratuit, la proximité du bus pour rejoindre le centre ville et la pâtisserie tout à côté pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Tolle Zeit in Florenz
Wir hatten tolle Tage in Florenz in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Gianna hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns gute Tipps gegeben, auch der kostenfreie Parkplatz wurde uns gezeigt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden in der Unterkunft, was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
