The apartment is bright located in a quiet street leading to Bellosguardo - an area of Florence located on a small hill from which you can admire the splendid view of the oldest part of the city. It is located on the ground floor with a private garden of 60 sq m.
It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen.
Upon request the double room can become a double room.
You can find all the comforts: such as independent heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two hair dryers (one for each bathroom), bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels.
The private garden is equipped with every comfort: a table with chairs, a small sofa, three deck chairs .... it is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, to dine in peace or to sip a glass of wine .
The quiet, safe and risk-free garden is the ideal place for families with children.
For children up to 3 years I provide a camping cot complete with sheets and blankets.

IMPORTANT: from 1/4/2023 the tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence is EUR 5.50 per person per night (maximum 7 consecutive nights). Children under 12 years old are exempt. Payment in cash upon check-in. A regular receipt will be issued.
Upon arrival, EUR 50.00 in cash is required for final cleaning. Regular receipt will be issued

Overall a great place, a decent amount of space for the price with good sized bedrooms, AC was appreciated, and location was great as it was close to the bus stop. Cleaning fee was a bit steep at the end (50 euro) and she insisted on cash but overall a great trip

Best Place & Host Ever
We had such a great stay at Sonia's place in Florence. The location is walkable to everything, but nothing is close. However, it's away from the tourist areas and has a great local vibe to it so it was perfect for our needs. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Sonia was one of the best hosts we have ever had staying in dozens of VRBO's. She helped with getting us cabs, suggesting walking routes, and even pointed out the best local restaurants. I cannot underscore how nice it was to have a local trusted source.

A cute little apartment in a wonderful area. Sonia was incredibly organized from the initial booking through to meeting us at arrival. Communication was very easy. She took the time to go through the entire apartment with us until we were comfortable. Tea, coffee and condiments were all available for our use. She is very knowledgeable of the city and recommended some fabulous restaurants. Make sure to visit Napoleonis and Trattoria BBQ…delicious meals within walking distance. The small garden outside is such a welcome addition…perfect place for coffee in the morning. The apartment is within walking distance to anything in the city and it was nice to stay across the Arno, away from the crowds.

10/10 stay!
This property was the perfect home for our Florence vacation. We loved staying in this part of the city which was close enough to walk to all the main attractions in city center but away from all the busyness of that area. Sonia was an amazing host—one our best ever. She helped us navigate the bus and gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Favorite things we did (at Sonia’s suggestion!) were Piazelle Michelangelo and Pitti Palace. If we make our way back to Florence someday, I hope Sonia is still hosting!

We had a wonderful stay in Florence and a lot of that had to do with this relaxing and peaceful home to come back to everyday after a busy day exploring this beautiful city. Girls Italy trip
Great location. Grocery stores, restaurants, gelato and pharmacy within a very short walk. Sonia was amazing to deal with- replied to messages very quickly and when we arrived spent time to go through the apartment with us and tell us about the neighbourhood ( even drew everything for us on a map). Great outdoor space for dinner and drinks. Only down side (and it’s minor) is that because there were 5 of us, this unfortunately meant the sitting room was converted into a bedroom so there was limited sitting space inside. Having said that, we were able to easily convert the bed back into a couch when we needed to. Like I said, minor issue. Overall a great trip. Grazie Sonia!!!

Perfect stay for a quick Florentine trip!
We really enjoyed Sonia’s place in Florence. The location was surprisingly great! Much more of a local vibe with great restaurants nearby. Florence is such a walkable city and it was easy to walk to the city’s central area. Sonia gave us helpful instructions and tips for our quick 2-night stay. The size was more than comfortable for me and my friend. Would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Sonia - you were a great host!

So much better than a hotel
We wanted something a little outside of all the tourists attractions but close enough. The house was very clean and well organized. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths gave us lo the room we needed. The owner was very attentive to our needs. She made sure we knew what restaurants were close and good! She took time to map out suggestions of “must see” areas in Florence. I would stay here again.

Large 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Florence
We had a wonderful 2 night stay stay in Sonia’s apartment in Florence, just outside the ZTL zone of the Florence city centre. Travelling by car, we needed parking and a safe and secure garage was located just around the corner from the apartment. Sonia arranged a booking for our car which made it so easy for us. The apartment has everything one needs for a wonderful stay in Florence. Clean, comfortable and all amenities are provided. Having well coded bins for rubbish and recycling was excellent. We were spoilt for choice with restaurants in the neighborhood offering local delicacies and great service. Sonia was ever so helpful and giving with her knowledge about Florence and very quick to reply to any questions we had during the booking process. The quiet courtyard would be a wonderful oasis to relax in during the warmer months. We can’t wait to return to Florence and stay in Sonia’s apartment in the European Summer.

I wish I could give this apartment more than 5 stars!
This apartment was amazing and we loved staying here. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the only sad part for us was that is was too cold to enjoy the beautiful patio. During the day there is lots of traffic, but at night the building and street is very quiet. It is located close to many restaurants and right across the street from the hop on hop off bus stop. But the absolute best part of the apartment is the host. Sonia was incredibly helpful when we reached out prior to our arrival asking for recommendations for some tours we wanted to take. She met us at the apartment when we arrived and spent about 15 minutes with us showing us everything for the apartment and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores. She also told us some places that she recommended we visit in Florence. She then checked on us the next day via text to ensure everything was going well. She also assisted us in arranging transportation to the train station upon our departure. Lastly, we want to mention the sheets and how soft they were, and the towels were so fluffy, we wrote down the name to see if we could order some for home. This is a must stay at apartment! We cannot wait to come back!

Our stay here was great. A perfect location for exploring Florence. Sonia was absolutely wonderful. A very warm and friendly host, easy communication and she went out of her way to help with anything you could need. Apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights. There is also a great grocery store just across the street and through a lovely little park. It was nice to enjoy a home cooked meal after several nights in hotels/restaurants. If you are arriving by car there was a perfect parking garage right around the corner, less than 1 min walk. Which Sonia also entirely arranged for us to use. 10/10
