Luxurious apartment in the center of Florence, just 5 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and 10 minutes from the Duomo. 500m from the Opera of Florence, 700m from the Fortezza Da Basso and 750m from the Palazzo Dei Congressi. Elegant apartment fully furnished in neoclassical style, it will be the perfect starting point to visit Florence and offer you an unforgettable experience.
The area can be reached by car, as it is not in a limited traffic area (ZTL). There are several shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Located on the first floor of a building with elegant entrance, the apartment consists of a large living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, a spacious bedroom with a habitable balcony with a pleasant view.
The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with fine finishes, parquet and marble floors, the ceilings are enhanced by cornices and rosettes and in the living room the typical Florentine coffered wooden ceiling. All finishes and details of the apartment have been carefully chosen. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances: microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Air conditioning and free WIFI, also a washer dryer is available to guests.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people (2 on the sofa bed in the living room) but more suitable for a couple as it has a single bedroom.

Beautiful property

A 5 minute walk with luggage from the train station but you don't hear the trains. 15 minute walk from the chaos of the key central sites. A beautiful and spacious, gated property. Hosts were always responsive and allowed us to stay later than checkout time to match our train schedule. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Florence vacation

Our stay was day 10 through 16 of our three week Italian holiday. We loved having the space to spread out and make ourselves at home. Two high points of the unit were the amazing terrace in the back and the full kitchen. Having the laundry machine was a big plus as well.

Beautiful Apartment in great location

Overall fantastic stay, from booking to check out everything was 5 stars. Location was an easy walk from the train station even with large suitcases. Neighborhood felt very safe and was an easy walk to all of the sites. There is a nice hotel next door that had excellent coffee so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds of an apartment and hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is wonderful - beautifully decorated, very convenient location, fantastic owner/hosts. We had a great time seeing Florence as well as traveling around Tuscany using this as our home base. We will be back!!! Great time!

Amazing Place to Stay!!

We had a great time at this apartment as it was in an excellent area of Florence for walking to all the main attractions.. loved the size and cleanliness and the a/c worked amazingly for the hot Florence days. Better than the description

We had a wonderful stay - the amenities were more than expected even down to the slippers! Location made it easy to get around the city & close to both the train station & trams. Steak restaurant just up the street had both good beef & pasta. Would rent again.

Great Location in Florence

Great host and excellent apartment. Close to the train station and walking distance to all the main sites in Florence. Host met us on arrival. Gave a great introduction to the apartment. Amazing apartment close to everything Florence has to offer

Beautifully furnished apartment in a quiet road close to the station and a short walk to restaurants and the main attractions of Florence. Carrefour express a short walk away with cheap prices and good selection. The hosts were fantastic. They provided a lot of helpful information and fixed an issue before we even realised there was one. Would highly recommend.

“An absolute Gem in Florence”

Spacious lovely apartment very close to Santa Maria Novella station and bus transport

Eloisa was a wonderful host with excellent communication and gave us a tour of the apartment on arrival. Especially enjoyed the tub after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Excellent value for the location. Would stay again and recommend. Appreciated the early notification about the additional cash needed for the required Florence city tax (approx 11 euros per couple per night)

Secure and spacious

Great location for trains and duomo. Hosts were very helpful and dealt with all requests. Trams and traffic queues noisy in daytime but fine at night for sleeping. Apartment was a good refuge from the heat outside with very stylish touches.

Firenze fabulous

This apartment was perfect! Not only gorgeous, but also spacious, comfortable and functional with many hotel-like touches. The location is excellent, especially if travelling by train as the station is so close by. That made our arrival, departure and day trip to Lucca a breeze! Just blocks from Mercato Centrale, grocery store and easy walk to all sites. Large terrace overlooking pomegrante trees was lovely after a day of site-seeing. Very handy to have washer and kitchen.

Very nice place to stay.

Located in the quiet area (close to the SMN station though). Rooms are clean and well decorated. The owners answered all kinds of questions. The only thing is the fridge was a bit small. I finally understand the reason why this apartment gets good reviews.

Perfect home in Firenze!

What a find….location was ideal, an easy walk everywhere. The apartment itself is clean, well-furnished and stocked. Emanuele met us with keys and gave us a nice introduction. Needed to communicate with him a couple of times— immediately available and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Good stay overall. Emanuelle met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough briefing on how everything worked and provided a wide assortment of local recommendations. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Only one small complaint would be that the salt and pepper shakers were empty, but overall enjoyed the stay. Tks

Great owners and nice place to stay

This is my second time staying here. The owner responded immediately to all kinds of questions. My original flight was cancelled. And alternative flight was delayed three times. But the owner, Emmanuel kindly adjusted check-in time despite my late arrival. I would highly recommend this place.

Stunning apartment in Florence

An absolutely beautiful apartment in Florence. Near the trsin station in what looks to be a busy working street but when you enter thru the gates and into the apartment you will not be disappointed!. The most luxurious apartment we had on our 3 week trip in Italy. The owners are wonderful communicators and helped us find the place whe we didnt follow their clear directions! Can't recommend enough.
