The apartment is located in a really quiet area.

The apartment is located at the first floor with no lift , there are 25 steps before the entrance of the apartment.
For check in the house manager will wait you at the apartment. For late check in we will organize a self check in.

This luxury apartment lies at the heart of the old city center of Florence, just a short walk from the fashionable Via Tornabuoni, and the Duomo. It is situated on the first floor of an elegant old palazzo that has recently been restored . During the recent renovation they have carefully restored the eighteenth century frescoes on the ceiling of all the rooms. The antique furnishings are elegant and of excellent quality. The apartment has two levels and it can accommodate up to 12 people. On the first level the apartment has a spacious and comfortable living room with a dining table for 12 people, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the same floor there is another living room, a fully equipped kitchen and the first of the two big terraces where you can enjoy your meals and have some relax. The apartment is equipped with all the modern comforts as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, internet wifi, air conditioning and TV. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, another dining area with a small kitchen, a bathroom and the second big and quiet terrace.
Around the apartment there are many garages where you can easily park the car.

A perfect home away from home

Great location comfortable stay
We had a great stay in Florence. There was plenty of room for all of us and the location was perfect, so close to everything. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Elly was super helpful and communication was really easy.

50th Anniversary Trip
Francesco’s house was perfect for our multi-generational group of 10. The location was central to everything yet a bit away from the crowds. Francesco arranged Chef Novellla to cook a dinner for us and it was perfect. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Florence Family Stay
The apartment was a good location within walking distance to the many sites and attractions that Florence offers. We especially enjoyed the lower terrace for family meals and Happy Hour. There is a grocery store nearby and the kitchen had what we needed to make some simple meals.

Perfect for our large family group! 10 adults and 3 kids had plenty of room. Centrally located, an easy walk to the train, or the Duomo. The owners were wonderful, and the kitchen was well equipped. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect rental!

Great property
The apartment was in a great spot close to a grocery store, and a huge market that had lots of food and shopping. I’m from America and was a little taken back by the first floor actually being on what we would consider the second floor, but that was my own fault. Our host was great, and recommended a wonderful spot to eat. If I am ever back in Florence, I will definitely stay here again.

The unit is large and spacious. The property is a great location. The unit is located less than 15 minutes walking from the train station, the Academe (the David), Duomo, Central market and all the shopping areas. A grocery store and breakfast bar are within 2 blocks.

The apartment was wonderful. It is very centrally located and on a very quiet street. The apartment is very large. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. The property manager, Eleonora, was very helpful. The apartment was very clean. We would definetely stay here again.

Spacious and Comfortable Apartment
We were a group of 8 and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us. It is centrally located to walk everywhere. We arrived by train and walked about 10 minutes to the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery stores for all your needs. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Florence Villa - 55 Via Zanobi
The Villa was comfortable, welcoming and handled all nine of us for our week in Florence. The support was all we could expect and gave all we could hope for. The feeling was homey but provided the sense of history that comes with building of this time period updated to handle today's needs. The patios were nice and friendly and easy to access. Beautiful and Unique Home
The home is so cool and such a unique layout. We were really able to get the feel of the culture throughout the home and its surroundings. It is very spacious as we rented the entire home. You won't need to drive anywhere. Everything is in walking distance. The check in process was so easy and the communication was excellent. We had no problems at all.

Wonderful week in Firenze
A well tended but vintage property which was part of its charm. The apartment is furnished with period pieces and decor yet well maintained. The ability to do laundry was a plus. It was centrally located within walking distance to all of the sites and a 15 minute walk to the train station. Located on the second floor, there was no elevator which was not a problem for our family. Restaurants and a grocery were all located close by. The only negative would be that in cold weather it was difficult to keep the apartment warm enough.

Just Book It!
If you have a group larger than 6, (even 6 couples would be comfortable )look no further. This apartment is absolutely perfect for everyone to have their own space, but has the gathering space that is great for the nightly recap of your day. The 2 terraces are a bonus, the bedrooms are large and roomy, all bigger than the average hotel room. I don’t think the pictures do it justice, we loved all the authentic high ceilings, air flow and air conditioning! We walked to all the glorious sights of Florence, without any issues. I will be back with my family someday. The communication with the host was easy, they even helped us book a driver out to the countryside when our driver canceled at the last minute. Look no further, this place is perfect.

Old and rundown. Very noisy!
They made it very difficult for us. We asked if we could leave a bit later and they never responded. Instead, they just showed up and basically kicked us out on the street with our bags. The place is pretty run down. Needs serious updating. Seemed like it hadn’t been used in some time. There was construction going on next door so no ability to sleep or rest past 8 AM. Parking was quite difficult to find.

We were a family of nine. The common areas didn’t accommodate us very well. Kitchen was small and less than ideal. Beds were not very comfortable. The two main bathrooms were the highlight of the apartment. The outdoor space would be nice with warmer weather. Overall it was our least favorite stay out three while in Italy.

This property is large and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The space was beautifully appointed and had everything you would need. We were able to walk everywhere while seeing the sights of Florence. Perfect for a group
My group of six friends really enjoyed this apartment. It’s quite spacious, with two patios, a complete kitchen, and clothes washer being a few conveniences. The bedrooms were comfortable. Located outside the central tourist zone but an easy walk to everything, the apartment was quiet and convenient. A few notes: We were late for our check-in time (jet lagged, hot, and disoriented) and received a strong scolding from the property manager. If you plan to use the cold out bed as a bed, be sure to alert the owner in advance as there is a “policy” about its use. Mosquitoes — like most European lodgings there are no window screens so if you want fresh air you will have insects. The mosquitoes were horrible. Bug spray is provided within the apartment, but do bring your own homeopathic remedies, wipes, etc, from home if you are bothered by strong insect repellants. Overall, we were very happy with our experience, loved being able to prepare a meal or two “at home” and really enjoyed the neighborhood and local restaurants and wine bars. Would absolutely book again.
