"If you like things a bit unusual and quirky, this place will suit you! Completely fine for one or two nights, right next to grand place so very good location. We were there in November, so it was cold in communal areas but room was fine. We had a free upgrade which was nice - however, no lights on in room - opened door and another door to open immediately in front of us, we felt our way in to find a light switch only to find we were standing at the edge of the top of a flight of stairs! "Pillows is a great hotel in an exceptional location in city center Brussels. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The location can’t be beat as you are close major city attractions, arts, shops, restaurants, historic sites. With wind driven rain every day I am grateful for the umbrella provided that allowed me to walk the city sites each day to my visit. "

"A lovely room on the top floor, with a quirky bathroom on a lower floor with steps down to it from the bedroom, very unique and a bit tight for us as a little larger than average but still a lively room with great views. "

"Great hotel although looks a bit tired. Cleaning service can be improved. One day the cleaner did not pass at all and the next day the room was cleaned late in the afternoon. Breakfast area lacks character - we did not opt for breakfast as so many options in the area."

"Very convenient location near Grand Place and Central rail station for airport. Hotel lobby area was a great place to relax with free coffee. Room was small but well appointed, clean and well furnished. Perfect for a weekend break; we would stay there again next time we are in Brussels"

"Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. We enjoyed day trips to Brugge, Chimay, Dinant, Namur, and Bastogne. Also, don't miss Maresous Abbey a short ride away."
