Great clean and welcoming home! I would reccomend to anyone to sta. I will be back soon. The hostess also left home made cookies for us that melt in your mouth. Absolutely wonderful weekend.

Home away from Home
This was the perfect place for our family to stay! It was clean & cozy with plenty of seats. The listed pictures don’t do the living area justice. There are multiple places to sit and be comfortable. We especially loved that there were two king beds instead of the typical full or queen beds. We will definitely be staying there again the next time we visit the area.

John & Michele's White River Retreat was exactly what we were looking for during our few days away. This property is very clean with all the amenities of home. We especially enjoyed the option of having a soft or firm king sized bed. We will definite choose this again for our next stay in the area. Absolutely perfect!
Michelle was the most gracious host! Greeted us as we pulled in and showed us around! There were cookies waiting for us, and we enjoyed the great conversation with them! It was the most quiet place, we loved the scenery, and it was in the perfect spot to fish Cotter and Bull Shoals! Will definitely be back and use John as our guide next time!

Beautiful Getaway
John and Michelle provided a delightful home for their guests. They greeted me as well as my parents who came to visit from their home nearby. They even had fresh baked cookies waiting for me upon arrival and they were delicious! This was a serene property with beautiful views. The home is very well kept with an extremely comfortable layout. I would recommend this home to any families wanting to come to the area. It is right in the middle of so many amazing places to visit.

Perfect vacation!
We had the best time in Flippin! We are grandparents of two very active boys, aged 11 and 9. The set-up of the guest house was perfect for us, with lots of room to run around outside. They boys had a guided fishing trip at the Cotter Trout Dock 2 early mornings, which they enjoyed very much. That gave me time on the deck, watching the hummers and other birds.. Cooked every night on the propane grill, and had a fire on the final night, complete with s’mores. John and Michelle were great hosts, they even took extra time to prove a basketball to shoot hoops in their driveway, and provided great shooting practice in the back yard. Michelle’s homemade cookies were delish! Such a delight to be around, and give you space to enjoy the scenery. Fantastic location...we took 1day to go to Branson, where the boys enjoyed White Water and 76 Ziplining, both great experiences. We recommend highly. Super clean, and everything you need for a serene vacation.thank you, John and Michelle, for your Hospitality!

Exceeded our expectations
Part of me does not want to write this as I don’t want others to know about the location. We rent often and travel all across the country, this has to be a top 3 for us. Everything written in the description, every picture loaded on the site is 100% accurate. The host we were able to meet the following morning and we fell like we were talking with our friends and family. The Scott’s are without a doubt the most genuine couple we have met while traveling. Not only was the property spotless, but we just felt at home, safe and relaxed. We come to the area often and I can assure anyone and everyone that they will find use at the Scott’s every time. We can’t wait to sit with John and Michelle and visit. God bless them and their family.

Awesome Arkansas Vacation
John & Michele made everything so easy and enjoyable. This was our 5th vacation in Arkansas and our 2nd time to this area. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time there. The house is so comfortable and the hosts were just awesome. From a great fishing trip to tips on the perfect Buffalo River float and ideas of what to see on a day trip to Branson, our trip couldn't have been better. We came home with new friends and lots of wonderful memories. We will definately be back.

Very clean house, decorated nicely with comfortable beds, big t.v., plenty of seating house and deck, nice bathroom, nice kitchen. Only thing missing was washer/ dryer (go to Gassville, has nice laundry mat.

The property is in a rural area but convenient to the highway. It's a lovely home, nice and extremely clean, and in a quiet setting. Everything inside was easy to find and we felt very cozy and comfortable staying there. Our hosts, John and Michelle, kept in touch and were very friendly and welcoming. My family and I will definitely be staying there again, we had a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property.
