Not a safe place ! Drugs being used as well as sold I’m guessing. Prostitution also a concern. Stained mattresses, sheets that don’t even fit the size of the bed. These are only a things. Please stay away if you have children. It is my intention to look into who owns this place and turn them in to the state of Michigan. This place should be cleaned up or closed. An honest review by a middle-aged woman.

My stay at Knights Inn Flint was awful. The room was dirty and smelled terrible — like old smoke and mildew. The carpets were stained, and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. Everything felt run-down and poorly maintained. I couldn’t wait to leave. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend to anyone.

This hotel was fine for what you pay. Clerk checking us in was friendly. Everything in the room worked: Good hot water with good pressure, fridge, microwave, TV, etc. Many reviews have called this hotel filthy - it’s not really. It just has older, worn furniture (newer marble counter tops, though). The doors and ceiling could use a fresh coat of paint, the floor doesn’t sparkle, and the mattress is well-used, but still comfy. Sheets, towels, soap - all good. We stayed here for a place to sleep before an early flight, and at this price it was exactly what we needed.

Terrible and disgusting
I travel a lot for work and spend an average of 200 nights a year in hotels. But this is by far the worst one i have ever stayed in. The floors where rotting, roaches in the rooms. And some questionable activities goint on including the staff as well. 100% would not recommend especially if you are looking to bring your family. Luckily it was just assistant and I on this trip. Nice town but definitely find another plsce to stay.

This property is horrible. I submitted my nonprofit tax exemption paperwork that was folded in my face and not accepted. The bed looked so broken I slept in the office chair in the nasty room.

I was only there for one night, but it was adequate for my needs. I did appreciate the good size refrigerator and freezer, as I am traveling for 5 weeks, and had quite a bit to keep cold. I would have liked a more comfortable chair to sit in, but overall it was good.

The room was old and outdated It is a place to lay your head Paint peeling on entry door Room full of smoke smell Sink dirty when filled with water Tub not cleaned Back of bathroom door dirty I went and bought cleaning supplies turned into a place like home also purchased plugins to get smell out broken down vehicle outside. You get what you pay for it served it's purpose for the week to relocate back home. Room 211

Roach hotel, I would’ve never stayed in a place like this if I had known how bad things were. Very shady part of town locks broke on the door. I will not sleep well tonight. Towel rack in bathroom broke off the wall. Hole punched in the shower, shower controls, damaged and full black mold.
