This cozy one-bedroom cottage is tucked in a tree-lined cul-de-sac in a picturesque neighborhood. It features an open-concept floor plan, locally inspired decor, and ultra-modern appliances for your convenience. Relax and enjoy the outdoor views from your private deck or take a short drive downtown for more sightseeing.

The Space:
BEDROOM
With inspired artwork and calm lighting, this one-bedroom home is designed to help you unwind and settle in. The bedroom features an extremely comfortable Queen size bed with pillows and linen for amazing nights of sleeping.


BATHROOMS
The gorgeous bathroom has an elegant vanity area and a full-size shower with custom tile behind sliding glass doors. A hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash are always well stocked so you don’t need to worry about bringing yours from home. You’ll love starting your day in this sparkling clean space.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional. It’s perfectly set up for making homemade meals, or reheating leftovers (from Fletcher Village Bakery and Cafe!). Enjoy your use of the coffee maker, a french press, and other kitchen gadgets and accessories.

Vacationing with your four legged friend? You’ll find food and water bowls set up in the kitchen.

The living room is a comfortable place to binge-watch your favorite shows or open up your laptop and get some work done. Sink into the leather sofa and enjoy the views from the large windows. The living room has soaring ceilings, a whisper-quiet ceiling fan, and a soft area rug that adds color and charm to the space. This cozy lounge gets a lot of natural sunlight and is the perfect place to relax.

OUTSIDE SPACE
You’ll find this home in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac surrounded by trees. The property has a private driveway, a small side yard, and a private balcony. Out here, you can sit back in the lounge chairs and sip coffee with a view or enjoy a good book in the shade. This balcony overlooks the side yard and the wooded area behind the home.

This is a cottage located above a detached garage.The cottage is accessed by and exterior stairwell that leads to your own private deck.

Located less than 5 minutes from the Asheville Airport, 10 minutes from Sierra Nevada and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Our cottage is also centrally located to all the outdoor activities the  Asheville area has to offer including Mills River, Brevard, Dupont and Bent Creek.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit, while quite small, was very well designed, nicely furnished and very clean. A bit pricey for its size but very conveniently located to the fairgrounds.

Relaxing Stay
Thoughtfully appointed garage apartment. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants in Flat Rock, Saluda, and Hendersonville (and of course Asheville). Friendly neighborhood and perfect spot for a short stay. There is a different table than island pictured, but I liked it better- more suitable for laptop and working from home. Thanks for being so welcoming to four-legged babies! This couple are such gracious hosts!!

Great cozy cottage!
This was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 small dogs. The neighborhood was great for walking, it was convenient for both of us to get to work in Brevard & Asheville and the communication with Cate (&Mike) was excellent. Bed was very comfortable as was the couch. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed like it had everything you would need. Our favorite thing was the sweet welcome note & treats for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful safe place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was the most thoughtful place I have ever stayed at <3 thank you! The bed was so comfy, all the extra kitchen appliances, the movable island, all the doggy extras ❤️ and the green cleaning supplies, these owners have thought of everything! I didn’t realize how small the place was when we booked, we have two larger size pups, but having all the thoughtful touches made everything so manageable! I would absolutely stay here again in the future and I have already told a few friends about it!

Amazing, cozy and beautifully maintained property.
This place was amazing. Very cute and just the right amount of space that I needed for my brief stay. It is clean and had all the extras needed to make my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this vrbo. I loved the way the codes for the door and the WIFI sign in was personalized to me. It made using these very easy. Thanks again for allowing me to stay here.

Perfect Night in Asheville
My husband and I stayed here for one night during our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect! The home was incredibly cozy, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, being so close to Asheville – we could easily explore the city and then return to our peaceful retreat. We loved the attention to detail in the décor and the comfortable furnishings. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a big plus after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to enjoy a lovely homemade breakfast. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay near Asheville. It made our honeymoon even more special!

Great stay
The cottage was very clean. The design was very thoughtful and the decorating looked like something from a magazine. The owners have thought of everything including lights that come on on the outside steps when you use them after dark. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet despite being close to the airport. The host, Mike, responded almost immediately when I communicated with him. He really wanted us to enjoy our time there. I highly recommend this cottage and I look forward to another stay.

Perfect pit stop to Charleston
Thank you so much to Michael and Cate for the perfect pit stop on our way to Charleston. Apartment was super convenient to our favorite brewery Sierra Nevada and takeout restaurants. We, along with our dog Gatsby, appreciated all the thoughtful touches, especially the lights on the stairs, which made late night bathroom breaks for her much easier. Everything felt very new and curated. TV easy to use and I loved having an electric kettle to make tea. We will definitely come back if stopping through!
