"A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. We loved having access to the swimming pool, the rooms are a good size and the food and wine was excellent. Massimo is a superb host and is exceptionally welcoming and very friendly, providing good local information. "Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina."

"Our family of four loved staying here. Maurizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!"

"This at best should be called bed&breakfast because they don't produce much of anything except a few pumpcans and few tomatoes breakfast is very poor and owners not too warm with patrons i would not recoment this place "
