Beautiful and enchanting chalet with breathtaking panoramic mountain views. FULLY AIR CONDITIONED (and of course heated). Fully equipped just renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Main bathroom has just been fully renovated. Windows galore to take in the extraordinary scenery. Wrap-around deck and a cathedral ceiling in the recently renovated great room. Eat out on the deck or lounge to take in the views. Sit outdoors around our fire pit. Very private, but easily accessible. Located nearby to the quaint towns of Margaretville, Roxbury, Andes and Phoenicia. Just 1/2 hour from Woodstock and 2 1/2 hrs from NYC. The chalet is fully equipped. Free wireless high speed Internet access. 55" Smart HDTV with YouTube TV. All activities nearby such as tennis, skiing, swimming, canoeing, tubing, golfing and hiking. Just 7 minutes from Belleayre Ski Center and Lake and only 5 minutes to Hanah Mountain Resort and Golf Club. Great restaurants and local breweries.

Daughter's Wedding
This beautiful home was perfect for our friends to stay for our daughter's wedding nearby. And after they left my husband and I relaxed on the deck and enjoyed the amazing view. Great location, near everything, and the house had everything we needed. Hope to come again when we have more time for local hiking and disc golf.

My family had a great stay in early April at the house. The owner was great as everything was provided as described. The house was situated in such a way that led to great views of the mountains. We enjoyed a day of skiing at Belleayre Mountain and found some places to do some day hikes. Would definitely come back.

Family Vacation
Our third time here and already booked our next stay! The view is breathtaking and never gets old! The chalet has everything you need: from plates, mugs, glasses, cookware, board games, TV, and more! Everything is clean and ready when you arrive, simply unpack and enjoy! We love that it is centrally located, so you can plan fun activities then return “home” to relax! This time we went to Lake Minnewaska, Awosting Falls, Ashokan Rail Trail, day hiking at Mohonk Mountain House, and went for a ride on the Rail Explorers in Phoenicia!

Thanksgiving Getaway
It was my husband, two teenager daughters and our dog and we wanted a place to go for Thanksgiving. This was the perfect spot. The house had spectacular views, had a wonderful wood burning stove - just a perfect setting for the holiday. We found it to be clean and comfortable - even the beds were comfy. The gas stove made cooking our dinner easy - it fit a 12lb turkey with room to spare. We were happy to see all the pots/pans/utensils and there was even fancy dinnerware to make it special. A perfect place for our quick getaway

Great View
What an amazing view! The deck was perfect for enjoying the beauty of the Catskills! The house was clean and organized. The kitchen had everything we needed, but the sink leaked into the cabinet below. Overall, it was the most wonderful place to stay. We will be back again!!!

Amazing Views!
We love Lee’s chalet! It was super clean and had everything that you need away from home. The Wifi worked well too! My husband, 3 kids, and I were here for a family wedding and we are so glad we stayed at Lee’s property. He had furniture on the wrap around porch and we really enjoyed sitting out there staring at the beautiful views. It melted our stress away! Lee was also wonderful and super easy to contact. All about the view
Our check in was a bit difficult. Once in touch with the property owner things went smoothly. The location was a bit too far away from some attractions we wanted. The carpets in the house should be replaced. Otherwise the view was gorgeous. Bed was comfy and house was clean. Thank you!

Fall Getaway!
Absolutely love staying here! Lee is a wonderful host and so easy to work with! The house is always neatly cleaned with fresh linens and towels. It comes with all necessities and the view…. Just stunning! We love how the house is centrally located so we can enjoy our favorite hikes like Ashokan Rail Trail, Minnewaska State Park, Katterskill Rail Trail and Falls! The Fall leaves were beautiful and nearing peak! Then we get to go back to the house, sit on the porch, and relax while enjoying the sunset!☺️ We also found a new place in the Town of Fleischmanns, The Print House! Highly recommend a visit! They have delicious drinks, food (definitely try Grammy’s Meatballs), and live music! The music was fantastic and we enjoyed listening to it and having cocktails… then just a 5 minute ride back!

Amateur Astronomer's dream
The property was beautiful. We arrived late but it was well worth every second. They sky was beautifully full of stars. We also got to watch the sunrise crawl over the landscape through the beautiful windows in the home. The home was immaculate and well taken care of. The beds were perfect. We all slept like logs. My mother Loved the views and the deck made it perfect for her to pencil sketch. Her favorite part was painting over down by the fire pit. The children loved rolling down the hill, playing connect 4 and of course watching you tube. Luckily only for part of the trip. It was too short and I only wished I had stayed longer. Lee was an amazing host and very helpful. And I look forward to staying here again.

Thanksgiving getaway
The property location was beautiful and all prior reviews were spot on. The views were all that and more. Waking up to the sunrise peeking over the mountains was majestic and peaceful. We were incredibly lucky to experience a snowstorm and woke up to 6” on Thxgiving morning. It was just perfect. We had a fire and made a snowman. My dog had a great time in the snow. We all cooked an amazing Thxgiving dinner together in the well equipped kitchen that even had a turkey baster (impressed). It was a great trip and just what the Dr. ordered this year!! Lee was amazing and very responsive and helpful with last minute issues.

Fall Weekend Fun
Another fabulous stay at our favorite VRBO! This mountain chalet never disappoints whether it’s just my husband and me staying for a weekend or when we bring our kids and pups for an extended stay! We love the location, centrally located for hiking trails, shopping antiques, restaurants, and so much more! Highly recommend a stay! The chalet is beautiful and has everything you need! The kitchen is equipped with all essentials, is always neat and clean, beds are freshly made and there are plenty of clean towels. There are board games, books, smart TV for you to enjoy with family and friends! But our very favorite is the view… watching the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee and then the sunset with a glass of wine!💕
