Host in a formal dining room with candy stripe wood floors, butler pantry, wet bar and wine cooler. Cook in a modern and well equipped professional Viking kitchen with granite counter tops or enjoy the deck with a propane or charcoal BBQ. The rear yard has a large deck with lots of group activities, such as a Bocci Court, Firepit, bow and arrow targets and hatchet throwing target and Native American Sweatlodge.

Have a close eye for your requirements
Our group, ranging from 4 to 65 years old, stayed at this property for two nights. IMHO, this property may not suit everyone unless you pay attention to finer details. Pros: 1) Mariano is a great host, providing clear instructions and stocked amenities. Very responsive. 2) Property accommodates large groups with plenty of beds, spacious bathrooms, and a large patio. 3) Propane gas cylinder and grill provided by the owner. 4) Excellent neighborhood with local attractions and a peaceful environment. Cons: 1) Property is old, requiring attention to details. 2) Struggled with air conditioning setup; central AC not working, relied on window units. Mariano, who was super responsive and patiently walked us through every single process, (including getting into the basement and resetting the panel), finally getting most of the units to work. 3) Cleanliness issues with cobwebs and a stinky patio from uncleared trash. 4) Malfunctioning items like cooking range hood, noisy dining room fan, and bathroom faucet leak. 5) Accessibility challenges for individuals with mobility issues and small children reaching the attic via narrow stairs. Overall, ensure the property meets your requirements and address any issues promptly

Perfect Ski Getway with friends
We booked "Spleepy Hollow" with 4 families (a total of 16, 8 adults and 8 kids) for an amazing MLK weekend. The house is perfect for such a group, comfortable and cozy, ideal for kids that had a blast in the attic. Mariano has been very accomodating and provided many tips and advices for our weekend.

Needs Updating and Railings Secured.
The entryway was filled w shoes. Other evidence that someone lives there. (Usually personal items are tucked away.). Funky smell - older home. Cleaning supplies out?! Coffee maker was growing something disgusting in its basket. Clean for the most part, but worn couches and dining room chairs. The back yard was a mess, Too cold to use, fortunately. Old food supplies I the refrigerator and cabinets. ?! A broken window was on the roof. Positives - a large space that accommodated our family. (Sleeps 22 +/-). The bedrooms were pretty good; the sheets were clean. Plenty of bathrooms, though all were a little funky. The nicest bathroom is in the basement with spiders, and not finished. The dining table accommodated our large group, as did the kitchen, for the most part.

Fun Ski Weekend
Weeping Willow was a great ski weekend getaway location for eight adults and six kids (all family). There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, and lots of bathrooms/showers. Our bed was very comfortable and the kids loved sharing the attic space and scaring everyone by using the “secret staircase”. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals and the big table in the dining room was perfect for us to all eat together. The house is literally six minutes from the slopes and we ordered food from the pizza place right around the corner on Saturday night. The area was very nice for walking in the afternoon since my parents did not ski. It couldn’t have been more convenient for us!

Grand Old Dame with Many Stories
Weeping Willow did a wonderful job of accommodating our large family for our family reunion. Although several families stayed in nearby rentals, we all gathered at this house multiple times. I never got tired of looking at the details of the wood work throughout the home. I'm glad it is kept intact and not painted over. We all really enjoyed the beautiful art work throughout the home. It is actually rare to see art that lifts up diverse cultures and makes guests of various ethnicities feel valued and welcome - thanks to Mariano for that! We were also glad to have an emphasis on recycling - that is another thing that is rare in rentals. The beds were all comfortable with super nice linens. The kitchen is beautiful and so well appointed! The family room is so comfortable and spacious. Several people stayed in that room. There were lots of sleeping options throughout the house. Some of the rooms were hard to cool off, but with the help of open windows and plenty of fans we did fine. It sounds like an air conditioning person is scheduled to come and do some tweaking. The favorite spot was the front porch - we spent lots of time gathering there. We loved that the house feels lived-in and and loved - not fussy like some period homes. It was so nice that one of our family groups who were staying at another rental could bring their little dog into this home. Some of our group ate at the new Greek restaurant in Fleishmann and gave it good reviews. We loved having brunch on check-out day at the Cafe Margarite in Margaretville, - and would recommend it. We also enjoyed the Art Guild, the Thrift store and Fresh Town grocery. The recreation center is wonderful! Views were great and we did a variety of hikes. Some of us especially enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking at amazing homes in various stages of repair. Thanks for welcoming us there, and being easy to communicate with Mariano!

Incredible place for large, active groups
This house is amazing! Sleeping arrangements were very convenient. Common space was great for facilitating group hangouts; we never felt pressed for space at any point. There were also enough TVs for us to get a big video game night in as well. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking for a large group a breeze (plus the dishwasher is huge so cleaning up in between meals was also easy!). The porches (front and back!) were amazing. Backyard has a beautiful bocce court that we made great use of. Another way this house truly shines is for groups looking to play some sports. We had a fairly active group and were able to take advantage of the park directly across the street. Friday, we got a big game of softball together on the baseball diamond. Saturday, we played a game of soccer on the soccer field then took a nice dip in the creek. We could not have asked for a better weekend and this place really helped make it what it was. Next time I'm looking to book another ~15 person trip, I'm checking to see if this is available first!

Family gathering in the Catskills
Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at the Weeping Willow. The house was lovely and spacious. The surrounding area was also beautiful. Unfortunately, the pool that was described as an amenity was not functional and appears to have been closed for quite some time. Luckily, there were some fun swimming areas available in the creek across the street. Our only significant complaint was the check-in. We arrived as specified at 4:00pm to access the house. Apparently, the guests who left before us did not leave by the scheduled check out time and overstayed several hours. As a result, we were unable to access the house until 6pm as it was still being cleaned. We also personally filled 2 large trash bags with the trash that the previous guests had left in the back yard.

Very Spacious and full of amenities
The house comes equipped with full functioning appliances and kitchen tools. We ended up didnt want to grill outside (and don't want to spend time cleaning the grill). The rooms are spacious for party of 16 to find their quiet time and relax. There is a park across the street for soccer or tennis. My kids are dissapointed that the community pool is not available. We drove to a nearby recreation lake/beach area to cool down Parking is $15 per vehicle. The bedding linens and towels are clean. We are very happy with our stay. The only suggestion for the owner/manager is to upgrade the internet router. I have sent message to him but he didn't respond. There was no internet connection on our last day of stay, and some of my guests could not "work from home". Other than that, we had a good time in this house.

Best Experience
We had the best experience with our stay at Catskills all thanks to the house. We had zero issues from making the reservation, check in, during stay and checkout. The house had everything indoors and outdoors in the deck and backyard. We had more than enough beds and bathrooms for four families with two kids each. The host Mariano was fantastic, very responsive to provide information prior to booking, was able to accommodate early checkin and later checkout. Made it a wonderful experience.

Bellayre Skiing
Perfect location for Bellayre. House was perfect size for 3 families could easily fit 4. Kitchen was great had issues with hot water but informed the owner and he said he would look into it. Propane fireplace was not working but owner informed us he was waiting on a part. We did produce a lot of garbage but we could not find the bins that were mentioned in the check in instructions. But overall house was perfect for our families and for skiing Bellayre

A place for great retreat with friends and family
We spent wonderful time with our friends in this house. It is the brightest looking building in the vicinity, very colorful and festive. It might appear rustic and old-fashioned inside, but it has all modern cooking appliances and two huge fridges that made our three chefs very satisfied. It had enough room for 6 kids, 8 adults and 2 dogs to spend time together and apart. Our fur babies loved the soccer field right outside the house, literally ten steps away from the porch. If it was summer, the rest of the family would definitely take advantage of it too, but we rented this house for the New Year retreat and it was snowing when we were there. For those with little kids, there is even a children’s playground right next to the soccer field. We especially loved the homey touch with the chocolates on the pillows when we arrived. Everything was prepared for us with love and care. The house smelled fresh and really clean. All linen was fresh and the beds were extra soft. Individual sets of towels for each occupant with two bars of soaps were spread out on each bed. We even had snow white robes to use after the bath! It is clear that the owners care about their renters because we had extra bottles of hand sanitizers waiting for us in each room reminding us to wash our hands. Each room is equipped with separate temperature control units so that each quest can set up the heat or AC in their rooms to their liking. The family room has a ton of board games for kids to play. Overall, it will take a whole day to describe all amenities this house has. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Excellent Location- Friendly host
Few things we really enjoyed during our stay was the location, this house has best location as there is lot of things to do outdoors. There is a huge soccer field, tennis courts, playground and tiny little creak for kids to get some fresh water. It is a very laid back place, basic stuff are available during 9ish until 7:30-8. This house has a beautiful backyard and deck and we grille (we grilled twice (get your own charcoal) Gas one was not clean. This house definitely need deep cleaning and they need throw away few old and dirty rugs. The kitchen was very modern with professional level appliances (it has two refrigerators, wine cooler, kitchen aid, margarita mix)! these all are high quality. Our room was super clean, however one family said their bed sheet was stained and dirty. Attic and basement bathrooms were clean, the common bathroom needs update. My cousin saw mouse twice in the living area, may be a mouse trap would help. Overall, the experience was good and we made lot of memories, the host was very adjustable to our needs with little kids and we truly appreciate it. Only feedback is the house need deep cleaning and de-clutter lot of things to make some space otherwise an awesome place.

Perfect Location but Very Unclean property
Properly Manager was very responsive and check in and check out was seamless but the property was very unclean; spider webs, dust and smelly carpets. Stains on all furniture and the front and back deck was unusable because of poor maintenance and full of dust. Definitely not worth the price. Paid 1800$ for two days including tax and cleaning and would never stay here or recommend this place.

Unclean house... spider webs, hair balls, sticky floor broken door... the house had broken door, and wants safe for child or grown up adults mould.. the refrigerator has mould, and some walls too i won't come back. i don't know guests are charged with cleaning fees when the house is kept so unclean. I give 2 star for the location.

Another nice stay at the Weeping Willow.
This is our 3rd time staying at the Weeping Willow. It has plenty of room and beds to fit a large informal group of friends. We recommend this as a fun place to stay, typical of the style of the Catskill recreational area. I hope others are inspired by the Vega's example to fix up more of the grand old homes in Fleishmanns and surrounding villages. Thank you Mariano!

Weeping Willow Outing
Our short three days rental staying at the Weeping Willow home were barely acceptable. The home is nicely kept from the original style, we expect the interior finish can be more modernized for the cost of rental we booked. There are good and bad experiences we had staying at Weeping Willow. The internet was the major issue for us since phone service was not usable and we are depends on the internet service, password provided was not working, no service from the beginning, we end up contact Verizon ourselves to get it straight up. Laundry room downstairs, piles of dirty sheets and towels on the top of machine, its impossible for us to use the washer or dryer. The other side of basement is under construction, area is bare with grovel, bricks etc, all unprotected. Two gas grills in the back yard, both tanks provided were almost depleted, we barely make it for one meal, though the owner is did offer us to buy locally and promise to reimburse, we give up after tanks were emptied, it too inconvenience for us. There are so many unnecessary antique furniture in the house, especially the room I was staying at, has two large dressers, a baby crib, and a full size bed in less than 10x10 room makes impossible to move around. All shades are rather too shady, a suggestion for the owner maybe change it to white sheer curtain, it would be nice to bring in some of the natural light. All rooms are rather very depressing to stay in. The kitchen is nicely renovated, modern as we expected, the attic has 5 twin beds and extra space for sleeping bags, our kids were all happy play and sleep all on the same floor. Access to the attic can be very tricky, watch out for the head injury. Living room area has entertainment system are nicely set up. There is a large open grass field directly across from the home, and tennis court were great feature for our staying. Too bad there isn't a basketball court. The community swimming pool were under construction during our stay, its a con as well. Overall, very friendly home owner, but hard to reach since this place is too remotely. Home is rather old fashion, look and smell old, definitely need update, rooms are crowd because of the extra furniture, great location for outdoor fun, definitely kids friendly.

Cozy, clean, ample space at a great price
My family and I, very much enjoyed our recent stay at Weeping Willow. It was like we had all the amenities that we enjoy back home, from books, to board games, cards, TV... with plenty of comfort and hospitality. The location is also great because it's so close to Belleayre Ski Center and other area attractions.
