Idyllic setting in the countryside and quiet.
Habitation greatly renovated. NEW BEDDING.
Fully air conditioned. No pets allowed. "Event nights" not allowed.

Family holiday
A great villa, very well furnished especially the outside space around a fabulous pool. The property is an excellent size for a family with a great range of equipment. The location is extremely quiet but easy access to the local village of Flayosc which had lovely square and far more restaurants than I thought it would have. We had an amazing time and loved the Villa.

Ons verblijf was geweldig. Het huis was zo compleet. Zelfs met 10 personen hadden we alles meer dan voldoende. Keuken zeer compleet. Bedden heerlijk. Kamers en badkamer ruim. De meubelen in de tuin waren zo comfortabel. Zwembad was heerlijk, water was heel zacht . En met de kleine kinderen ideaal zo aan het terras .Tuin is prettig met tafeltennis en jeu de boulle baan. Alles zo netjes en onderhouden. Omgeving is geweldig. Berg klimmen, kanoën , para gliding, leuke dorpjes en steden. Dit huis is een aanrader

superbe maison suréquipée
Excellent séjour passé dans cette villa. Nous étions 2 familles de 2 adultes et 3 enfants (entre 8 et 12 ans) chacunes. Tout y est parfait pour se détendre. La piscine est grande et chauffée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'extérieur : en plus de la piscine, la table de ping pong, le terrain de boule à l'ombre, le barbecue, le jeu de fléchettes, le filet de badminton,... En outre, le terrain est grand et du coup, on n'est pas dérangé par le voisinage. En ce qui concerne l'intérieur de la villa, c'est beaucoup plus grand que sur les photos. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds même à 10. Toute la maison est climatisée. La litterie est confortable et il y a en tout 4 salles de bains. La cuisine est hyper équipée. Il y a plus que dans n'importe quelle maison privée. Le gros atout de la maison est la buanderie avec sa machine à laver et frigo américain. Tout le matériel à disposition est de grande qualité (même les vélos) et il n'y a absolument rien à redire sur la propreté. C'est impressionnant, sans doute la plus belle villa que nous ayons jamais loué. Enfin, le propriétaire est très gentil et joignable via la personne qui vient s'occuper de la piscine le mardi, personne discrète et extrèmement disponible. (il est même venu nous dépanner un soir avec le sourire car nous avions oublié les clés de la maison à l'intérieur) Pour résumer, c'est un séjour sans aucun bémol qu'on ne peut que recommander. Cette maison est juste magnifique. Vous y trouverez tout ce que vous voulez comme à la maison sauf peut être un moule à tarte (pas trouvé 😉) Tout y est pensé pour passer des vacances sans stress, au calme, dans une maison qui respire la famille, avec une piscine d’eau turquoise, un terrain de pétanque, Ping Pong, transat etc.. Regardez les photos et vous serez bien là. Aucun trucage, juste la réalité.

La prestation très à la hauteur
Il ne manque vraiment rien dans cette maison jusqu aux 5 VT neufs mis à disposition. Literie neuve, piscine chauffée,frigo américain, 2 boxs Wifi Matériel de cuisine et ustensiles de cuisine parfaits. Très chaude recommandation, le bémol c est un peu éloigné des chemins pour aller se promener à pied ou à vélo sans prendre la voiture.

Propriété superbe, parfaitement entretenue et aménagée, on s'y sent comme à la maison.Hormis le chant des cigales typique de cette région, rien ne vient troubler le calme ! La personne de référence sur place est de plus très disponible et efficace. Bref, séjour au top!

Wij hebben met ons gezin 2 weken vakantie gevierd in dit prachtige huis. De ligging is heerlijk rustig en privé, met een fijn zwembad en buitendouche. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en overal is aan gedacht, de keuken is voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig hebt om te koken en ook de extra amerikaanse koelkast is erg fijn. Ook aan de grote/kleine kinderen is gedacht, er is een tafeltennistafel, alles voor een spelletje jeu de boule en ook drie mountainbikes zijn aanwezig. Voor de kleintjes is er een kinderstoel en een ledikantje aanwezig (en een keukenmachine voor de fruithapjes). De omgeving is mooi, je moet altijd wel even stukje rijden, want het is ongeveer 3 km naar het dorpje flayosc om naar de dichtstbijzijnde bakker te gaan. Verder hier genoten van een heel ontspannen vakantie :)
