"This is absolutely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire 67 years. The room was exceptionally clean, and there was absolutely none of the “hotel room smell” we all know about. I was astounded by the cleanliness and freshness of the room. The bedding was clean and fresh. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The towels were quite rough on the skin I mean REALLY rough. "The staff was excellent! After check-in, we found that our assigned room had somehow been double-booked, but the staff apologized and quickly upgraded us to a new room. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and the best we've ever had for a continental breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kevin, the front desk agent, for his warm demeanor, helpfulness, and professionalism. The hotel is perfectly located within a short walk to all the attractions. Although the rooms were somewhat compact for the price, the breathtaking city view from the rooftop restaurant made up for it. I eagerly anticipate my next visit. "

"Stage staff at the hotel were very nice and willing to assist with any of our needs.We stayed in a handicap accessible room. The room was very nice spacious and accommodating. The only disappointment was there was no microwave in the room. We had to use the microwave downstairs in the breakfast area."
