"The biggest letdown on this property was the digital lock on main door and although was advised there is a physical key , that was only for the apartment door , was a few min before the sabbath and had no alternative , the interior lights also go on with motion sensor and door only opens to leave with pressing a Elec opening button , these apartments do not meet the basic religious requirements for the sabbath , otherwise it’s a clean apartment with good facilities inc kitchen , other negative...

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside).
